Should any nation currently engaged with any Mjölnir alliance wish to quit the field of battle they shall be subject to the following terms: [list] [*]They must change their Alliance Affiliation to Mjolnir POW. [*]They must follow the rules of the Mjolnir POW Alliance Affiliation. [/list] If a nation aspires to join the ranks of Mjolnir POW they must first achieve a state of peace with any non Mjölnir alliance they may have been at war with under their previous alliance. All nations under Mjolnir POW must abide by the following rules or they will be subject to further attack. [list] [*]Mjolnir POW nations over 10,000 nation strength must maintain 50 cruise missiles at all times. [*]Mjolnir POW nations will decommission all tanks, naval vessels, air craft, and nuclear missiles apon joining the AA. These assets may not be rebuilt while a member of Mjolnir POW. [*]Mjolnir POW nations shall have no more than 30% of their maximum ground forces at any time. [/list] The Mjolnir POW Alliance Affiliation is under the protection of the Mjölnir Bloc for the duration of the current conflict, as defined by Mjölnir, and for a period of no more than ten days after that. [/quote] They can borrow the money. It's only a shade over 1m for 50 cms. That said, they should consider who they borrow it from, aid with an Alliance at war is generally frowned apon and carries it's own ramifications for that nation.
