I am of course talking about UPNs recent OWF attack on FEAR for defending our allies in TORN. It seems that certain members in UPN have decided that this must because of an issues that happened during an old bloc called CDT. I cannot say what these issues were as my nation was still but an idea in the aether. Of course this fact has not stopped UPNs upper government launching an attack against a member of FEARs upper government. So yep you guess it, FEAR recognises the aggressive actions from UPN as their DoW against our alliance.
