I present to you a non aggression pact between the Imperial Assault Alliance and the Atlantic Empire
[Still working on the flag]

Preamble:
We the Imperial Assault Alliance (IAA), and the Atlantic Empire (AE), as signatories of this Non-Aggression Pact agree to adhere to the following terms.

Article I:
The signatories and their respective nations agree to a state of Non-Aggression. Member Nations of the IAA and AE are prohibited from any acts of aggression, including: Declaring War, Espionage, Aiding enemies of the other signatory, plotting against the other signatory, spying on the other signatory, or participating in military action against the other signatory.

Article II:
In the event of a Member Nation of the IAA or AE attacks a Member Nation or the other signatory body of this treaty, reparations are to be paid by the alliance of the offending nation equivalent or greater to the cost of the damages received by the Member Nation of the victimized signatory. The offending nation must be disciplined by his/her respective alliance.

Article III:
Termination of this pact requires that the terminating signatory body, must notify the other signatory by announcing the termination at both embassies of the respective signatories. A seventy-two (72) hour waiting period must and will be given, in which time no Member Nation of either signatory body may attack another Member Nation of either signatory body.

Article IV:
The violation of the terms of this treaty will result in its becoming null and void.

Conclusion and Finalization:
By signing this treaty, the Imperial Assault Alliance, and the Atlantic Empire, hereby agree to adhere to the above stated terms and not participate or support any form of hostility or aggression toward the other signatory during the period of time wherein it is valid. The violation of this treaty will result in it becoming null and void.
