Or that a treaty confliction may very well occur if certain things take place. Or that Invicta may be signing additional treaties in the near future that may make this treaty redundant. Or that Planet Bob will revisit the history books to learn what nonchaining means. Or any number of things. That being said, if SOS is attacked without provocation (or perhaps even with provocation), Invicta will move out.
