Today I bring to you this treaty signed between two great alliances.

AiD and FOK fought each other not less than only a few months ago during the Unjust War. The fight has always been honourable and we parted as friends, not as enemies.

Today, this friendship has been sealed in a treaty. This Peace, Intelligence and Aid Treaty shows how enemies can fight each other, but still appreciate each other and be honourable towards their enemy. This treaty makes our friendship official.

On to the real deal:

The "Why Fight When You Can Party!" Accords - A Peace, Intelligence and Aid Treaty between the Alliance of International Defence and FOK.

Preamble:
The Alliance of International Defence (AiD) and FOK, two sovereign alliances of Planet Bob, do hereby consummate their friendship in the form of this treaty of Peace, Intelligence & Aid Treaty (PIAT).

Introduction and Purpose:
All parties involved in this treaty are to remain sovereign and shall not be governed by the other party. They shall remain separate unless stated in another treaty. The main purpose of this treaty is to show friendship and good relations with the other party. Breaches of this treaty shall have no material consequences but shall however been seen as a breach of friendship and togetherness of these two alliances.

Article I - Peace
Both nations agree not to attack, or commit any actions of espionage on the other party. Such actions are regarded as a breach of treaty.

1. The sovereign Alliances of AiD and FOK will display a general respect for each and every member of the other signatory alliance, in public and in private, as a gesture of goodwill and perpetual friendship.
2. The respective member nations of AiD and FOK will provide constructive debate to one another in public forums while refraining from flaming and/or flame-baiting any statement of the partnered signatory alliance.
3. The respective member nations of AiD and FOK will not participate in any act of aggression against any member nation of the other signatory alliance. Such act may lead to cancellation of this pact outlined in Article V, Section i.
4. Both signatory alliances agree, in the event a member nation of either signatory alliance be declared war upon by a member of the other signatory alliance, the nation attacking shall be subject to the following:
4a. The member nation attacking shall immediately offer peace to the nation being attacked.
4b. The member nation attacking will be responsible for all reparations to be paid for damages accrued.
4c. The member nation attacking will be subject to criminal sentencing by the court of their own signatory alliance.

Article II - Intelligence
Both parties shall agree to share all information of worth to both. It is agreed that this information shall not be falsified, or changed in any way that benefits any party, signed or not. Such falsifications shall be regarded as a breach of treaty.

Article III - Aid
Both parties shall agree that they will endeavor to contribute aid to the other party. Such aid must be within the limits of reality, and not without reason. Such aid requests shall be placed in the other party's embassy and the leader shall have to acknowledge the aid request. An acceptable reason must be stated, or else aid will not be forth coming. Also, aid requests may be rejected, though the other party must have a valid reason. Aid can only be asked for in times of need, and special circumstance. Any aid requests made under false pretenses shall be viewed as a breach of this treaty.

Article IV - Aid During War
Aid can be sent between the Alliance of International Defence and FOK even if one signatory alliance is at war with a party with which the other signatory alliance has a standing non-aggression pact. This treaty will supersede all standard NAP's by the signatory parties.

Article V - Cancellation
Both signatory parties agree, upon cancellation of this pact, each partnered signatory alliance shall give at least a forty-eight hour notice to the other partner. At which, the chief foreign affairs person and/or body shall receive said notice with acknowledgment.

From that first rainy day in September when I first heard about FOK and got to know their alliance and members I've been converted, now I everything Dutch. I windmills, I installed one in my backyard and then I surrounded it with tulips because they're very Dutch. Later I went out and paid for my own dike which came with a bicycle so it all worked out better than I hoped because I them too, and much cheaper than that Dutch call-girl I inquired about. I also the cheese, can't get much better, and those surprisingly comfortable clogs, and of course soccer and Marco van Basten are included, but being an Aussie I'll include Pim Verbeek too.

And so when I sit on my dike, wearing clogs and eating my cheese whilst watching my bicycle resting up against the windmill which is gently blowing the tulips around, and Pim Verbeek coaching a bunch of call-girls in soccer against Marco van Basten's team, I think of the best thing that's ever come from the Netherlands, FOK

This treaty is a good sign, finally we have a representation of our friendship that I know will grow and flourish in the future. It's great that both alliances felt no malice or discontent in regards to the other during our first encounter and that was indicative of much greater things for our alliances and it's an honour to commit to FOK.
