As of right now would be the best. You can get your first Wonder at 3,999.99 and get the second one by 4,999.99, or so. It's up to you, though.

This was the advice given to me as well. The reason is that you may only buy one wonder every 30 days and you want to get started relatively early on.

Stock Market at 3999
Social Security at 4999
+5hap wonder at 5999
+5hap wonder at 6999
Interstate at 7999
NRL at 8999 (your citizens earn enough that +5% cit are >> +5hap now) / Alternative: Great University if you have 3k+ tech
If you want a DRA to stockpile tech or mass-aid, go for it at 4999 and build SSS at 5999instead.

I started at 5.5k infra and have been buying ever since,
The order is : SSS, Stock Market, Interstate, Great Temple, Internet, Great Monument etc.
Military wonders can be bought at your own discretion.

That brings up a question I was planning to ask somebody from Gramlins for a few days now. I'm at 7999 infra, and the only remaining economic wonders I have are NRL, National War Memorial, and the 2 +3 happines wonders. Do you think it would be better to get the +4 happiness War Memorial, or the +5% citizens Research Lab?
