A Quick Reminder

Yes, I know that this war has been going on for quite some time and people can be forgetful. But I assure all of the alliances currently at war with GOONS that the war is still going!

Now war is something that constantly happens to GOONS, so at times it can be difficult to differentiate actual warring from "noise" inherent in the system. To measure this we use The RUKUNU Factor. RUKUNU is a low-level rogue that has had three offensive wars on GOONS at every opportunity for more than an entire year. Using this as a baseline, we can determine that any AA with three or less offensive wars against GOONS to not be actively warring us.

As such, I would like to provide a quick reminder to the following alliances, reminding them that we are, in fact, still at war:

-Invicta (1)
-Legion (1)
-64Digits (2)
-TLR (3)
-ASU (3)

Dear ktarthan,
Thanks got your note. I thought it was sort of thoughtful for you to do but it wasn't really groundbreaking. Most alliances do not have a constant dongs injection from Umbrella, so they will cycle nations in and out of PM after a certain point to rebuild cash stores. I know you do not undestand protracted warfare bc last time you faced one 500 people ragequit in one week, and besides that one time all you've done is techraid. Also, now we are fighting odn who are vastly more interesting than you so we will be transitioning to that front. But thanks.

Thank you for your quick reply. I must inform you, however, that your barbs are becoming incredibly dated and don't really have much relevance to a nation who was not a member of Neutral Shoving. That's not really true. There's only 8 Invicta nations with no GOONS targets in range.

I don't believe avalon declared on Goons specifically. You'd have to check their dow.

They declared on the members of Doomhouse, which includes GOONS. I'm not sure if they ever had any intention of launching attacks against GOONS, but I figured I'd take an inclusive approach to this reminder as I didn't want to leave anyone out.

I hope it is, but would be pointless. As we are indeed at war, see our DoW why we declared war on GOONS but are not attacking them. Something like we didn't like MK and Umbrella actions and DoWed on them BUT there declare on one declare on all thing prevents us from only declaring on those two(Or we just skipped that part and just did it ourself).

GOONS can be removed from the DoW if they wanted to (or still want to).

It's not that there are no nations in range at all, it's that they're properly covered.

Maybe its the recruitment your using to inflate your stats, or maybe its foolishly spending money in the middle of a war when you had !@#$%* warchests to start with?

If you weren't gaining NS with 4.3 billion dollars in aid and a collection of newbies, there'd be something wrong.

Find someone in the entire coalition arrayed against us to engage Umar or Sarin or RagingBoar or Oblivion590, and that growth would go away very quickly.

And we don't care about your tiny nations. That should be clear by now.

The only thing that's clear to me is that the nations that currently occupy your lower tier are either lazy, out of money, or just scared to draw attention to themselves.
