For example, if nations were to declare war in game, and order one air to air dogfight per day to avoid violation of the ToS, would they be in trouble with game moderation, or would this be ok? However, if someone were to notice and report you (by doing this numerous times without ever taking damage or something), I'm sure you'd get a warn for it. [/quote] That would probably not count as a "significant" attack. GA's do though, I know. Also, inter-alliance war declarations can be flagged as slot filling. [/quote] Hence "can." I know that staff have said that inter-alliance war drills count as slot filling. It's just not an automatic thing.
