I cannot sit by and idly watch this atrocity take place without taking action. The Nation of Pan-Torac declares WAR on... all War declarations entitled "General Dispute" and any others that lack creativity. Obviously this will be of the abstract/ideological wars (e.g. War on Terrorism, War on Poverty--no doubt to have a similar lackluster record in history) Sorry to troll all of you, but, seriously...
