They're targeting specific nations -- which of course is their right -- but ignoring the fact they're getting creamed by others. If you have actually read the art of war (I have, multiple times), there is more to it than blowing stuff up. The damage you are causing will have an overall negligible effect on the coalition. Our entire upper tiers continue to generate income, and disperse that income to lower tier warfighters. Nations you are fighting can leave nuclear anarchy to collect and rebuild once wars are over. Been in the same alliance for more than 700 days. He might well have a heart, but I find ability to learn after nearly 3 years questionable. I do agree he made an error in his bombing run. Twice.
