I WOULD USE THE TOTAL NET CAPITAL OF THIRTYMILLION TO PAY THE DEBT, AND ONCE THE DEBT'S CRIPPLING BURDEN IS LIFTED, THERE WOULD BE RADICAL IMPROVEMENT RESOLVING IN ECONOMICAL IMPROVEMENT, WHICH WILL EVENTUALLY MAKE MY COUNTRY ABLE TO REPAY THE INVESTED CAPITAL TO EACH PARTY.

You will NOT have the capacity to pay the money off anytime in the near future. What you are looking for is a handout and thus a more honest approach might have been more usefull.

You made a claim that you were attacked by three nations at once and that would be a reason but you have absolutely no wars showing, so either that is inaccurate, you are hiding something or you were deserving of the attacks? Which is it then?

Echoing what Hime said I would also add that you have a nearly 3 year old nation with 2k infra and no wonders, if my goal was altruism and helping nations to grow I would not be inclined towards investing in your nation, when there are so many other players who are going to make attempts to grow their nations and learn the game.

 

My advice to you would be either apply properly to Sengoku or stop ghosting them and apply to another alliance, get some tech deals and some improvement advice and a trade circle, if you really are that much in debt you may be able to figure something out where you receive bulk payment first then pay off the tech over a month or so.

 

Or just start a new nation.

Look dude, I get it, you have alot more wonders and improvements than I do. Why would I waste my time pointlessly dueling you when I can produce tech for my alliance instead.

 

If I really wanted to be an ass about, I would just self-ZI and nuke turret to outdamage you. Duels prove absolutely nothing.

Pretty sure I've been in ALOT more wars than you, at this point it's not really that fun, for me it's something I do out of a sense of duty to my principles and alliance.
