Alonso Quixano Posted July 24, 2016 Report Share Posted July 24, 2016 (edited) The Protectorate of Sovereign Socialist Entities, is barely a new alliance, created about 3.5 months ago. The story actually goes back much further, to when I created my nation. I created Insieme, an alliance that reached it's peak in a few weeks, and then I renamed it POSSE, based on one of my favorite artist, Shepard Fairey. That didn't last too long before I joined a new alliance looking to see how things actually worked. They were called The Bear Cavalry, and they were one of the most active alliance, with the most active leadership. I learned a great deal from TBC, though time went on, and I felt I had learned enough to move forward with creating my own alliance. I made el Castillo, 3.5 months ago, and recruited, and recruited, and recruited. We grew in numbers fast then hit a plateau, and I had started to wonder why. A lot of people liked the name as we reached 36 members in a few weeks, yet not a lot of people were into the Mayan theme we had going on. So there was a vote to change the name, and we started throwing around ideas, I tried my old POSSE idea, and it was well accepted. Fast forward a few weeks, we started a merger discussion with CPAC, that just wrapped up a few days ago. We had hit one million (barely) before the merger, but know the merger cements us as a one million plus alliance, on our way to two million. Special thanks goes out to Umbrella for protecting us, and giving us guidance. Secondly to SNX for being the only ones to trust us enough to encourage a new alliance to cultivate FA, and to sign with us. Some of you may not have heard of us, and that's fine. You can come to us over at our forums, and see how we run, and operate. Though if our name changes again, we don't mind, because a name can never determine who you are. We're just proud of our achievement, despite the fact that two nations combined can have more nation strength than we so. We're not flashy, so we're not posting any graphics, or anything else. I hope to see you all around the world at some point, and I hope you guys come talk to us as well.
