Galerion Posted May 17, 2016 Report Share Posted May 17, 2016 (edited) The way the mechanics of foreign aid work is that you can only have aid going between 2 nations once every 10 days, you start with 4 slots and a max limit of 6mill per slot or 100 tech. Because of this it is normal for deals to be based around how much tech you want to sell for the max cash in a slot (6mill for you), the cash is sent first and you use it to buy the tech which you then send back 10 days later (and again another 10 days later if you agreed to 6/200).
