All across bob we see declarations of war,non aggression pacts and mutual understanding treaties.However I want to introduce to all of bob a dof=Declaration of friendship for the fallowing alliances that i feel very strongly towards and i feel that peaceful relations as well as an partnership of some sorts. So effectively I want to declare my immediate friendship to NPO and Supernova, I wish to point out that this dof shouldn't be taken lightly and should be taken as an symbol of good will.
