White Chocolate Posted July 24, 2015 Report Share Posted July 24, 2015 (edited) It is with pleasure that I announce the following protectorate agreement: Doom Kingdom (DK) and the Imperium of Supernova-X (SNX), the signatories, in the spirit of a shared desire to enjoy pakalolo and for mutual benefit, announce the following pact: Article I: Sovereignty Both signatories are separate alliances. Article II: Non-aggression Both signatories will refrain from any and all forms of hostile activity against each other, be it something as explicit as the use of military force or something covert such as espionage, for the duration of the pact. Any violation of this article by a member of either alliance will be resolved through appropriate government to government communication in a respectful manner. Article III: Intelligence Both signatories are to share any information or intelligence which pertains to the safety, stability, or overall well-being of each other. The recipient of any such information or intelligence is not to share it with third parties without explicit permission. Article IV: Economic Commonwealth SNX will enjoy Economic Commonwealth status with DK and allow exclusive access to tech production at mutually desired rates. SNX will also enjoy assistance from DK in implementing the Imperium 5 month plan goals. SNX and DK will also collaborate in other undisclosed areas. Article V: Aid and Military Support DK shall provide SNX with protection on a military level if required, and also diplomatic support as agreed between the signatories. DK may provide financial support to SNX, but is not required to do so except if unable to provide military assistance. SNX may optionally provide military and/or financial support to DK. Article VI: Cancellation Either party may cancel this agreement with 36 hours notice through appropriate channels. The last few weeks have been a difficult time for SNX, no question.
