One More Time (Again) A Mutual Defense optional aggression Pact Between The III% and the Global Alliance and Treaty OrganizationArticle I: SovereigntyBoth alliances and their respected members shall remain sovereign of each other.Article II: Non-AggressionNeither alliance shall engage in or endorse military action against the other signatory. If a nation is found in violation of this they will be ordered to offer peace and appropriate reparations as agreed upon by both alliances.Article III: IntelligenceIf either alliance receives information concerning a threat to the other or their allies, the receiving alliance will vet and verify the relevant information and notify the other signatory as soon as possible and provide the relevant information, keeping the source hidden if necessary.Article IV: Military AssistanceWe are brothers bound by the brown sphere, an attack on one party shall be viewed as an attack on the other and they must respond accordingly if requested. Cooperation during times of war and aggression will be assured. Aggressive operations are optional and non chaining. Article V: Financial AssistanceThe signatories of this document acknowledge that this is a plausible gateway to an extended transfer from one alliance to the other for the purposes of rebuilding, economic growth, the purchase of war materiel, scientific advancement, or some other combination that is yet to be decided.Article VI: CancellationThis treaty may be cancelled if one of the articles given in this pact is not met or if one of the signatories has done something that shows ill-will towards their partner alliance. Unless both alliances agree to termination, there must be a 48 hour notice of cancellation before the termination takes complete effect.
