They drink a lot, no doubt about that, but produce revolutionary ideas about our Guide... no. Or rather, rarely. A while ago, on a Tuesday, our School had slightly less than usual pan galactic gargle blasters in store. When news came out, students rushed to get all PGGB's they could as quickly as possible. In the following chain reaction there was overconsumption of PGGB's with shorter than usual supply. Riots became inevitable. Some deaths also. That day now is known as "Green Tuesday". Why green was chosen remains a mystery. In times of need, people sometimes stand up. "Enough!", one shouted. I did mention deaths, did I? Yet enough it was. MHA leaders are corrupted by power, psychopathic and narcissistic. This on a good day. After Green Tuesday, they were overthrown. MHA will now have a sole leader: the Ruler of the Universe. That brings us to the new MHA gov structure:Ruler of the Universe (in charge of making sure the School never ever again has a short supply of PGGB's) - random appointed hitchhiker for a 3 month termMinister of Hitchhikers (in charge of internal affairs and economy) - Elected for a 3-month termMinister of Babel Fish (in charge of diplomacy and communication) - Elected for a 3-month termMinister of Destructor Fleets (in charge of the war department) - Elected for a 3-month term The 3 ministers will act as triumvirate for general leadership of the alliance. They also are the first point of contact for foreign leaders & gov. The Ruler cannot be contacted. The coordinates of the planet where the Ruler resides will remain secret, each minister only knows part of the coordinates. The ministries will be staffed with a deputy and secretaries (appointed by the minister). New MHA Government: Ruler of the Universe: [confidential] Minister of Hitchhikers: Qldvespanut Minister of Babel Fish: jesbro Minister of Destructor Fleets: jalap MHAil!
