So you need to have a FAC for this to work.  

 

The real simple story is you send me 9 million, then in 10 more days you send me 9 million, then I infra jump and start repaying the tech every 10 days.  Works out to 6/200 but you only spend 20 days sending the money out inside of 30.  So 10 fewer days waiting for the totality of the tech.  

 

For the full print, this was my [url=https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DyOhyBVarQfQhcvLXB0ciwriF0ULKrLfbmWU_wiAIbU/edit]original deal sheet[/url].  I was sent 30 million in the first cycle, bought a FAC and four of my five buyers just sent their second cycle of 9 million.  One buyer hasn't read messages sent in game for six days and is overdue on the money so I'm moving to replace him.   Thus if you jump in, you will be paid back first for the 18 million you'll send in total, after which I'll payback the guy I had to drop.  

 

If you want this, offer 9 million in game.  First person to get in the slot, gets it pretty much.
