For YOU to SELL 100 tech to receive 6 million of my monies (6m/100) - Must meet AT LEAST ONE of the following requirements:

 

• Have a seemingly stable, serious looking nation, of at least a month or so nation age.
• Have a reference from a clearly older, and serious nation.
• Be willing to send tech FIRST in the event you cannot show you are a trustworthy nation.
• Have a middle-man agree to, and proceed to, send the tech to me before, or at the same time, as when I send the money to you.

 

Smaller nations would benefit from money now more than bigger nations would from tech now. For this reason, I am willing to simply send you money after money after money, before receiving any tech, to bolster your growth. You would simply need to pay back the tech at a later date. To qualify for this, you must have several references, have a stable and serious appearing nation, be part of a large, serious alliance that is willing to make guarantees with me, and other factors will come into play as well.

 

The nation of Angel Beats reserves the right to, at any time, end a deal or deny a trade, so long as the nation of Angel Beats does not owe the second party and dues. Angel Beats can end all trades and communications at its sole discretion, and without warning, should the nation of Angel Beats choose to do so. By communication with Angel Beats AND asking to initaite tech deals, you are thereafter considered to have read and agreed to these rules and disclaimers. Those that make any verbal or text agreement to initialize, and proceed with, tech deals are thereafter considered to have agreed to these rules, and will, without delay (unless in the event of extrenuating circumstances), pay their agreed amount of promised payment, unless the second party (seller) does not owe Angel Beats any more, as per agreement.

 

Btw, if you are a loner and want soldiers to help with raids, I can help with that too, but not while you are at war with a nation that is in an alliance holding a treaty with mine.
