Lysergide Posted January 25, 2015 Author Report Share Posted January 25, 2015 The Nordisk Rike Government would forward airport information to the government of UCS, as well as inform them that upon the diplomats arrival they would be escorted to the new Ministry of Economics, and would meet with Jarl Eyja Raegna, whom is in charge of the entire Economics Ministry. "The Rike would be interested in pursuing an economic treaty between our two nations, one which would allow for free passage of trade vessels from our respective nations to pass through each others domains, including the elimination of sound tolls on our end, with the elimination of canal tolls that you hold on your end. We would also be interested in conducting some sort of military cooperation in the interests of the North Atlantic Ocean to protect and secure it from foreign incursions." He stared at the phone for several minutes, a look of shock on his face. "I..." he stammered trying to regain his composure. "Our President has just been killed." He looked up at Ms. Andres "We will have to hurry this meeting along. Economic cooperation is definitely something we're open to, and the UCS has long stood against Foreign powers pushing their way into land they have no business being in. Well we were figuring a blanket Mutual Defense and Optional Aggression Pact, with Economic Cooperation. If you and your government find that agreeable we would love to sign this treaty with you." We know very little about the Rike, it's goals, and how your military operates, making passing a mutual defense pact very difficult." So we can sign an Optional Aggression, Optional Defense Military Agreement, as well a some trade interests included in the treaty, and our two nations can come together to invite Atlantic Nations together so that we can form a defensive union for our own very waters." "Unless there was anything else you wished to discuss, I'll take this treaty back to be voted in by our senate. It was wonderful to meet you, hopefully we will again."
