White Cross International Committee

[Captain Enema]

The Maltese White Cross would be official chartered, sanctioned, and established with a national headquarters in Valletta. It would send a duly appointed representative to the International White Cross Committee in the form of Sir John Vascombe. 

 

The Committee is given space, temporarily, in Malta. A permanent home abroad is being sought out but for now the large meeting rooms of the Malta Conference Center overlooking the Grand Harbor will do.

 

Sir Bascombe bangs the gavel and says, "I hereby convene this committee and our first order of business is to properly appoint an actual leader of the International White Cross, I will relieve myself of the responsibility of running this committee once we complete this task. Further, I will reject any nominations for myself or a Maltese representative for the position of the White Cross Chief Executive Officer of whatever it is we decide to call it."

"The National Chapter of Malta wishes to report that an ongoing power generation, medical relief, and clean water distillation presence in the form of a Relief Support Ship has been placed in Kuwait City. Hope Float 2 is now also fully underway."

"Malta has established two safe havens, one outside of Bandar-e Abbas and one outside of Karachi. These will be overseen and protected by the Order of the Hospitallars and locally raised troops."
