CORE is a relatively small alliance, and we'd like to stay that way. We're a community, active and supportive of one another, "Alliance before self". Our primary focus is on growing our members' nations, we use Trade Circles and Tech Deals to do so. We are open to 6 million/100 Tech dealing at this time. 
We are protected by the Sandstorm Confederacy with friends in a variety of micros, and sell Tech to a variety of outfits. We will not buy or sell to any player(s) that place the alliance in danger's view.
CORE is lead by Ceres Soveign (Ceres), who holds the most government experience and handles foreign affairs. Any governmental action by military or political means is publicly discussed via alliance announcements, and always open to opinions and voting. There is no real alliance hierarchy, members are described by their most prominent epistemic virtue (see alliance page). This is under the belief that player will hold conversation or ask about the alliance through someone named by their strength, "Understanding", "Benevolence", "Studioness", "Honesty", etc. Perhaps ask members given the title, "Parsimony", about economics or Tech Dealing. And, "Objectivity", when someone needs judgement upon a particular action. 

In CORE, it's about learning and leading a flourishing, prosperous nation. 

​Currently, we have no official forums. That is likely to change in the future with the more ambassadors that contact us.

We do not wish to enter this war as that is not our focus, the focus is on our members, getting them involved with trade circles and getting our lower NS players Tech Deals. We're a community and tend not to enter conflict.
