The terms of the merger: 1) Badlands becomes the part of Swash Plates And Tail Rotors; 2) all members of Badlands are granted membership in Swash Plates And Tail Rotors; 3) any and all obligations incurred by Badlands are not in any way binding for Swash Plates And Tail Rotors; this includes, but is not limited to, any treaties or other agreements, be it written or unwritten, which Badlands entered into; 4) alliance affiliation of "Badlands" remains under perpetual protection of Swash Plates And Tail Rotors; 5) other terms of the merger should remain confidential between the Parties involved.
