HM Solomon I Posted November 18, 2014 Report Share Posted November 18, 2014 (edited) I have no soldiers or tanks currently, and I have plenty of working citizens (more than 60k), but I'm unable to buy either tanks or soldiers. I recently sent some soldiers with foreign aid, not sure if that triggered this error or not.
