Mr Director
Classified Due to the recent annexations in both Poland and Lithuania, Belarus had very nearly doubled in size, and had gained over 2 million more people. These people and lands would need protections. Due to the nuclear strikes on Hungary during the East Bloc - Alvonia war, Belarus had made preparations for similar strikes that might occur on its own territory. These included a hardening of vital military and civilian infrastructure against EMP strikes, pre-made contingency plans for individual officers to defend the Republic in case communication was lost within the chain of command, and the stockpiling of medical supplies around major cities. The medical stockpiles had grown to include not just medicine to deal with NBC attacks, but also other types of medical supplies and equipment, as well as food supplies and protective gear. These stockpiles were still maintained in Belarus, but there were none in Lithuania, or the portions of Poland that had been annexed by Belarus. Similarly, civilian and military infrastructure in those regions were still vulnerable to EMP strikes. Contingency plans to deal with a loss of communication had yet to be edited to include these regions. This would need to be rectified. Emergency stockpiles, like the ones in Belarus, would be set up around major cities in Lithuania and Belostok. Vital infrastructure would be hardened against EMP strikes, and plans to defend the areas in question would be made. Of course, these pre-made plans could not deal with every contingency, not even close. But they were a good general outline for all officers to follow. Mr Director
Public Kalipeda, Butinge Floating Docks Completed, Sventoji Port now Open The Governor of the recently formed Klaipeda Voblast has announced today that the construction of the floating docks at the Klaipeda port and the Butinge Oil Terminal has been completed. These additions to the ports have greatly increased their capacity, and are expected to bring in large profits. The recently re-elected President Lukachenko was in attendance for the opening ceremony, and called the construction a great accomplishment. In other news, the port at Sventoji has also been completed, and is now open. The port is able to hold some cargo ships, but is mainly geared towards commercial fishing in the Baltic. It is expected to be the home port to the entire Belorussian commercial fishing fleet. - Pravda

Mr Director
Liepaja Klaipeda would be all like "Where's Liepaja?" Sventoji and Butinge would be very sad that noone would declare rivalries with them, and would wish that they could into relevance like Klaipeda had. Mr Director
Private Permission would be granted to the Hungarians, although they would have to keep the cargo ships on the shorter side, as the port could currently only accommodate ships that were up to 200 meters long. Hungary wouldn't be able to fit Panamax sized container ships, but smaller cargo ones, as well as the military ships sent, would be able to fit just fine. Those that didn't fit would be welcome to make use of the new docks at Klaipeda and Butinge.
Mr Director
frighteningly familiar to the older population of Alvonia who remember the Eastern Bloc and their repeated ultimatums to Alvonia, most of which required a removal of forces from a particular area after a set number of hours. "The irony." - Random blog post that went viral.
Mr Director
Internal With Lithuania annexed, and Poland a protectorate, there was only one piece of "White Space" bordering Belarus: The remains of the Ukraine. Belarus wasn't interested in annexing or protecting this area, at least not yet. However, that was no reason not to make a little profit off of the area. Belorussians did do some business in the area, and Minsk would decide to step this economic activity up. The Ukraine represented an ideal export market for Belarus' cheap goods. The region was mainly agrarian, which meant that fertilizers and tractors, which were major products manufactured in Belarus, would have no shortage of customers. Various other goods could also be sold to the region, which was remarkably stable, despite its "White Space" status. So, Belorussian companies would, with the approval of the local administrations, begin their exports. Belorussian exports to the area would also help increase the areas economic dependence on Belarus, making it less likely that the locals would attempt to act against Minsk's wishes. Additionally, Belarus would begin to increase its diplomatic interactions within the area. While it had no official ambassadors in the area, it did have an unofficial network of contacts in the area, and would maintain communications with the local forces. The KGB would also begin to set up intelligence gathering networks in the area, to keep an eye out for any potential security threats. Mr Director
Classified With Greenland now secure, Belorussian forces sent to assist the mission there would come home, and everyone would live happily ever after and all of that crap. Elements of the Belorussian military would be put on standby, due to the conflict brewing between the Northlands and Japan(or whatever the hell they called themselves now). A message would be sent back to the Northlands, affirming Belarus' support of its ally.

Mr Director
Operations in Poland As the Wehrmacht continues into Poland, there have been reports of joyous demonstrations in the streets - the return of the prodigal sons and daughters, as it were. Of course, not all seem to be pleased. The Wehrmacht has confirmed reports from the easternmost half of Poland that the Belarusian military has begun to lay minefields on their part of the border, causing some concern among local Poles. Director Piontek has stated he will do everything possible to unite all Poles with one another, and considers the Belarusian Polish protectorate to be "illegal" and an "occupation". (2/5 Poland) Internal In Minsk, concerted efforts to give a damn would begin, only to fail a few minutes later. Analysts would continue to wonder how the hell Alvonia was magically making annexation posts for the entirety of Poland when it couldn't even access half the country, including the capital. Troops would be deployed and prepared yadda yadda.
