Generalchow Posted November 3, 2014 Report Share Posted November 3, 2014 Badlands declares existence Badlands Charter: Section I: Preamble Badlands is a division of Swash Plates and Tail Rotors (SPaTR), thus we share similar values. Maintaining strong security for our members is key by valuing the individual strength, both military and financial, of every member, as the physical security and strength of Badlands is, at least partially, dependent upon the strength of it's individual nations. Section II: Government Structure The owner of Badlands is the main decision maker. Military actions, foreign affairs, internal affairs must be approved by him. His ultimate goal is to keep order and security in the alliance. As such, decisions are made by him while keeping concern for his members. The heirs of the alliance are the main advisors and aides to the owner and will assist him when needed. Section III: The Voice of the Membership Members have a right, and are encouraged if they deem necessary, to report any imprudent decisions made by the government. Section IV: Admission Keeping in mind the security of Badlands, we require that nations wanting to join to not be in any wars and also that they are not targets caused by imprudent actions they have done. Exceptions may be made only with the approval of the owner. Those Badland nations able to accept membership in game may accept nations into Badlands while keeping in mind the requirements to join. The owner has the right to revoke membership to any nation. Section V: Military As already stated, all military action is approved by the owner. Unless otherwise stated, Badland nations at war, whether offensive or defensive, have the right to use any set of attacks on the nations they are at war with. Section VI: Treatment of Raids While many of us can sympathize with the raiders' right to wage war for the sake of their own benefit, as many of our own are raiders, raids on Badlands will not be tolerated, as with the right of raiding also comes the consequences in exercising such right. Those who decide to raid us, expect nukes to fly your way. Section VII: Foreign Affairs Any alliances are free to talk to us, but keep in mind we take in consideration the treaty web and our current allies.
