PresidentDavid Posted October 30, 2014 Report Share Posted October 30, 2014 Royal Proclamation To Inform The International Community October 30, 2237 The existence of the Kingdom of Antarctica may come as a surprise to the international community. In order to relieve any curiosity that the international community may have about Antarctica's armed forces and military capabilities, I wanted to explicitly state the position that this Royal Government holds on weapons of mass destruction. Antarctica is, and has been for some time, a nuclear capable kingdom. Nuclear weapons are not currently being produced, and the kingdom does not and will not ever have any interest in selling or giving nuclear weapons to non-nuclear states. These weapons are held by Antarctica as a deterrent and will only ever be used in the event of a nuclear or biological attack on the kingdom itself. Antarctica will not ever use nuclear weapons as an offensive weapon. The kingdom has no interest in acquiring biological weapons and maintains the stance that they are immoral and wrong to produce, sell, own, wield, and use defensively or offensively. The kingdom does not have chemical weapons such as mustard gas. The kingdom also maintains a standing army, navy, and air force including reserve forces and other armed forces ready to respond to any attack or disaster at all times.
