Well, it's now counting only accepted by the recipient aid offers. However, I'm pretty sure it is still counting aid from pending members if the aid was accepted, and that was the reason the topic was made. As monster notes, that wasn't the issue (if the topic could really be called an issue). However, I must say I see downside in the change done instead. Aid slot percentages give a nice sense of how often people are doing deals, and in the case of sellers that send 100 tech to 5-6 places, and slowly refill it as accepted; you are going to see aid percentages 'falsely' plunge.
