Xavier Harkonnen Posted November 12, 2014 Author Report Share Posted November 12, 2014 Classified Development to begin over a three year period on Project Gaul, a short range C-RAM missile defense system. Using a sophisticated radar detection and tracking system being simultaneously developed by Rothanna Heavy Industries, and the missile itself by Sennex Fleet Systems, the specifications of the new project will include: - Ability to counter short-range rockets and missiles and 155 mm artillery shells with a range of up to 85 kilometers, under all weather conditions and time of day. - Simultaneously track and engage multiple threats, and neutralize them with an estimated 90% efficiency rating. - A cost effective, yet dependable and lethal missile unit designed to operate reliably and within coordination with the Radar Detection and Tracking System (RDTS). The bulk of the development for the RDTS will take place outside Numantia, in the Boii suburbs technology quarter. The missile is scheduled to be developed in the western city of Arveni.
