A few days after, once everything had been established, a meeting would be organised between the Secretary-General, Achille Oberti, and the diplomat from the south."Benvenuto amici, to the Cisalpine Republic. I am pleased that our southern Italian brothers have succeeded in the formation of their new country." Oberti said as he greeted the diplomat and his aides "If we could get down to business, there is much I would like to discuss with you concerning the future of the Peninsular."
