A Challenge we are Willing to Accept

Before a crowd in Cairo, the following speech was given by Supreme General Umar;
 

We choose to go to the moon. We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one which we intend to win, and the others, too.

The Supreme General has called upon the nations of earth to work together toward a common goal: none other than landing on the moon! Egyptian scientists have estimated that if we do this alone, with current allotment of 20% of the Egyptian industrial capacity per year (OOC: 20 points per RL month), it would take us at least 250 years to reach the moon alone. However, if each of us contributes to this program, we will win this challenge. Note that contributors are free to increase or decrease their contribution at any time, or drop out entirely if necessary.
