A brief note from SNX

SNX-Flag-Supernova.png

Recent actions by remaining members of the League of Small Superpowers has made it clear to the SNX Imperium that they wish to keep the LoSS moniker and remain sovereign.

As such SNX hereby revokes protection for the AA so they may establish themselves and rebrand out of the SNX shadow. We have nothing but respect for LoSS wanting to maintain such a historic site and we wish them nothing but the best.

It isn't my fault you egotistical freaks are rescinding protection just because they didn't want to merge into you. So much for that class we saw when it came to GDA, eh?

Two different situations that merited different responses. Fortunately we are not required to inform the likes of you as to our reasons for doing this.

Yeah, I can certainly see the difference in "we want to keep our community intact without adding even more retards" and "we want to keep our community intact without adding even more people like Tywin, jesus"

Why is this announcement different from the in game? Not too interested in showing it the same way?

From: Tywin Lannister Date: 9/3/2014 1:36:53 PM

Subject: Attention LoSS members
Message: Recent actions by the self-appointed leadership of the former League of Small Superpowers has made it clear to the Supernova-X Imperium that they wish to keep the LoSS moniker and remain sovereign.

As such SNX hereby revokes protection for the AA so they may establish themselves and rebrand out of the SNX shadow.

To those unaware of the merger, our doors are still open, but be aware LoSS has no treaties and is subject to raiding by hostile alliances.

Good Luck to my former comrades

Senator Tywin Lannister

Sheesh. I am suddenly not sure why I was cooperative allowing SNX to use my/LoSS' website for an entire month. A notice would have been great to give us our preparation time, since, you know, LoSS gave you an entire month to prepare your alliance at my/LoSS' own expense.

I'd be curious to know why the sudden revocation.

o/ LoSS anyways

Considering other actions were taken yesterday and today by LoSS remnants without proper notification time, we feel that our response in kind was justified.

It was a misstep made by one member and was since resolved. If one round of raids hurt him THAT much, we could have (and would have gladly) financially compensated him. Your government member was removed from our AA not under the assumption that he would be attacked. Merger or not, LoSS is not SNX and it's not particularly kosher to have your government in our private discussions. Junior found it fit to remove Legion-x from the AA. We had inquired, on more than one occasion, why he remained on our AA. I do not personally agree that Junior did that, but I guess LoSS must collectively suffer, right?

You are reacting to a small mistake with quite a petty and malicious move. I am surprised the ex-LoSS members signed off on this. LoSS had no ill will toward SNX, since the majority of our friends reside there, not to mention allies. Anyways, I am out of this conversation. That's all I required to know.

LoSS was absolutely in the right, unless there was an actual dual membership agreement in place between those who remained in LoSS and SNX.

legion-x was more than active enough to move off the AA, and should have if he wanted to be in a foreign alliance. Edited by Neo Uruk

Seems like a missed oppertunity by SNX to have been 'the bigger man'

Nah. From the few weeks of "joint" forums, SNX seems to be MCXA 2.0. From silly member level proposals, to using "precedent" court cases from MCXA, to using MCXA terminology, etc. Honestly? I feel bad for Legion getting raided, but it's been almost 3 weeks, he's their MoFA, and he was on a different AA. He needed a push to get off the fence, and he got one. As to the rest? Good luck and good riddance.

I find it interesting that you are reading confidential SNX alliance affairs.

Share a forum with another alliance who had people staying on the AA, then get mad they read something on their forum, you could have at least asked for a subforum to be password protected.
