More along the lines of ISOT'ing countries to a different world (Be it fantasy or something else) or just outright RP'ing in an established fantasy setting? So in this case I would think it would be better to have people run a nation with whatever fantasy setting they want. If someone wants to be Mordor from Lord of the Rings that is fine, the same as if some one wants to RP as a nation full of rat people etc. The only things I can think of right now from my end is that one this would be just for RP so no ties to your IG nation and no stating that you have unkillable armies or monsters etc. Respect for each other would be the most important part of this. Do you want a map made up so people can post claims for their fantasy nation or would you prefer their be no map and people just write their stories as and where they want? Do people want to see it be both nation based and character based or are we all looking for character based only? If I wasn't already running a game (and in 3 others) I'd totally run a savage worlds deluxe campaign on the forums. It's a great rule set. We could do an RP about a nation we control to better set the settings without there being a map if we wanted to but the main focus should be on the Character RP's if we do this.
