I am a reputable buyer who has led numerous tech circles in the past. I have NEVER failed to deliver on my responsibilities. I will provide your technology fast and efficiently, as soon as the foreign aid system allows me to. If you are worried about me taking your money and running, think to yourself who loses more. You may lose $6 million, but you can remake that. I, on the other hand, have much to worry about if I take the money. You could invade me, you could spread word that I am a thief.
