2/7 Tacna: Soldiers in the state of Tacna are currently reconstructing Tacna City as a high-security base, Area 27. This will be a training base for the Bolivian Special Operations(BOL SPEC OPS).

2/7 Puno: Soldiers stationed in Puno have been working on a more "public" approach by moving people from overcrowded cities into cities such as Puno, Juliaca, Putina, Lampa, Azangaro, and San Antonio de Putina. This state will play an important role in the well-being of Bolivia. The forces agree, and these soldiers are showing that they are there to assist in the community.

2/7 Moquegua: Being in the Andes mountain range, BOAF forces stantioned in the province known as "Moquegua" felt it was nessesary to build a tourist town known as "Boliviatown" in the mountains that will be full of an Armed Forces memorial, Bead and Breakfast, and the highest water park in the world.

2/7 Cuzco: BOAF in Cuzco has been working on areas for skiing on top of the mountains, a national park, a race track, and definetly a lot more to come. The province, after the project was dumped recently, was quickly picked back up after the oppurtunities for it were discovered.

3/7 Tacna: Area 27 Special Operations have recently been working extremely hard to train for future missions. The private airfield in 27 is nearly complete as well. Major General Foch recently spoke on bahalf of the nation and said that our plans for the base are huge.

4/7 Tacna: On yet another day of operations in Tacna, all resistance was dominated by Bolivian forces as BOAF claimed a victory with only 200 soldiers lost. On those lines, Bolivian Science Specialists were brought in from the borders to research fossils and rocks in the state. Another group of scientists brought in were specializing in rocket science, and are planning on constructing a take-off and landing station for shuttles.

4/7 Puno: Children inside the state of Puno are currently being taught about the history of the Confederate States of America. This includes the truth about "Abraham Lincoln", the truth behind the question "Who were the good guys?" and the common misconceptions of the "Civil War". This is important to Bolivia because they want the people of the nation to know the truth about the world.

4/7 Moquegua: Recent militia attacks on "Boliviatown" have led to the project being set back, and the town to no longer be completed. This militia resistance that happended so suddenly has struck the families of the state, and they are hoping each and every day, that Bolivia's Own Armed Forces comes in and saves them. Not Dead Yet.

4/7 Cuzco: The mountains of Cuzco were recently atacked by Peruan militia force. Bolivian government does not support this and did successfully hold them off, and send them to Bolivian Prison. Cuzco is still under control, and the skiing project is still up and running, but will be delayed for a shory period of time. All projects in Cuzco will be stalled until further notice.

5/7 Moquegua: Operations in Moquegua are no longer being controlled by Bolivia's Own Armed Forces(BOAF). Due to the current situation involving the militia and cartel, the states fate has been handed over to Boliva Special Operations(BO SPEC OPS). This is the second state in the addition process that is being controlled by BO SPEC OPS. Although it has led to some citizens feeling uncomfortable, The junta demands the states to be under their control.

5/7 Tacna: BO SPEC OPS Area 27 has been completed, and BOAF forces are now turning there attention to the remaining militia forces for the next 2 days of operations. Tacna personell has decided that the entire province will be a military base, and thus will be restricted to civilians.

5/7 Puno: Children taking the history subject have taken tests on the Confederate States lessons from previous units, and are now moving on to Bolivan history. This is meant to teach students about there own country, and how great Bolivia is.

5/7 Cuzco: With operations in Cuzco resumed, the workers in the province would begin rebuiding the eleven mile race track. The Ski Lodge project has also been resumed, and the lift is completed. This tourist destination should be ready shortly.

6/7 Tacna: BOAF operations in Tacna have been running rairly smoothly. As of late, Bolivia is at war with Peruan militia forces. SPEC OPS have been training sucessfully in Area 27, and the government was proud to announce that they have taken down 2 different militias. Moving forward in Tacna, the state has been issued a Bolivian supervisor, since the state will shortly be part of Bolivia.

6/7 Puno: Taking an evaluation of operations in Puno have been rather easy since the state has had major success in its "public" approach. The state's success has been mentioned briefly be Major General Foch in his latest meeting. Therefore the state was issued a Bolivian superior. BOAF members working in the operation were awarded medals for there duty and will be issued 2 months off of duty, with pay.

6/7 Cuzco: The evaluation of Cuzco was, unlike Puno, rather difficult for the junta. It would seem that operations were running smoothly up until the point were it was attacked by militia, and although they were held off, the entire operation had to be restarted. In fact, the operation was yet to be completed. However, Foch's belief that Cuzco could be an asset has since kept Cuzco in the running, however will NOT be issued a supervisor and clearance into the nations until the final day of operations, when all is completed.

6/7 Moquegua: Evaluation of the state was a rather difficult situation saying that the operation was not near complete, so it was thereofre up to the BO SPEC OPS to determine if the operation was a success. BO SPEC OPS then determined that the state would be issued a superior, but no clearance into the Territory until it could be considered a written "Success".

1/7 Antofagasta: Finally day one of operations in Antofagasta begin with the state being considered a "Public Operation". It would start with the construction of 20 schools for grades 1-11, with 12 "Senior Schools" for grade 12. Bolivian operations in the state continue with the construction of a state capital for the soon-to-be state of Bolivia. The city, titled "Fochington" will be built in honor of the 1st Major General of the Second Bolivian State of South America, Major General Ferdinand Foch.

"Good afternoon Bolivia! This is Foch speaking, 1st major general of the 2nd State and 1st Military Junta of Bolivia. Our nation has survived through happenings that many would and have failed. But no longer will we roam as nomads, wondering what to do with such power! We wil stand for what is right. Well, what is right? Bolivia is right. How is it right? It is a state with less than any other, but with more. Our people have lost many to what is known today as "Death Road", the most dangerous road on Planet Earth. We have fought through wars, and great depressions. But we remain here. Well today, i would like to welcome the states of Tacna and Puno, who in 24 hours will be called "Bolivia". We like to hope for Cuzco and Moquegua, who are also soon-to-be Bolivia. This land's pain and suffering is not needed, we must stand up and survive once more, we must believe that what we are doing is right. We must hope for other nations in the America's and beyond. We have to survive. Because survival, well, it is essential. This land will no longer sit in the shadows of the other world's nations. This land must no longer wish, they must act. They must act upon what must be changed. What must be changed? The world must be changed. I would mention named, but I have been instructed not to. Well, what I think about that is why? Why are we afraid? Why shall we be afraid of other nations? Sure, they are in the New World Order, sure. So what? This world can be changed, MUST be changed. And who is going to do that? Not I, not You, but US. All of us united against the forces of evil. The eccesive men who believe that the best way to protect is to claim everything. Well, i have something to tell you: You. Are. Wrong. Sure they could destroy Bolivia, but why? Did we hurt their feelings? Maybe. But did we actually break a law or hurt somebody? NO. Thank you Bolivia for your time. Improve the world!"

7/7 Tacna: The annexation party of Tacna was run by the generals in the Junta, however Major General Foch did not participate. The current annexation process for the state was quite successfull and the government is proud to call Tacna part of Bolivia.

7/7 Puno: Obviously, Puno's success could not be understated. It had had no issues from the beggining. At the annexation party, Major General Foch spoke about the success of the states projects and how its membership in the nation will affect Bolivia.

7/7 Cuzco: The final day of operations in Cuzco marks the success of yet another project. Although Cuzco has been rough, it was deemed successfull, given a superior, and at the party, Major General Foch spoke about the rough times in Cuzco.

7/7 Moquegua: The disaster of a project on Moquegua was very unfortunate, however the Junta decided that it would be right to accept the state into Bolivia. Major General Foch did not participate in thr party, however did mention the state while talking in Cuzco.

Although the situation in Peru is nearly solved, it is clear that Tikal is a nation of completely biased slobs. It is also clear that Bolivia will stop at nothing to charge Tikal with international crimes. With that in mind, the people of Bolivia and Peru together have formed the Commitee to Remove Tikal(C.R.T). This is a Third-Party Organizations(T.P.O) and the government cannot be blamed for acts made by the group. The Commitee will begin by representing Bolivia in Bolivian National Court, then moving up the line to groups such as the New World Order. Major General Foch will be speaking in regards to the matter shortly.

3/7 Antofagasta: Recent events with Tikal have lead to the schools in Antofagasta being issued an "Emergency Topic" in regards to the acts of Tikal and the dangers of the nation. The books say-

"The Principality is by far the worst nation on the planet. They are corrupt, full of the worst people, and it is dangerous to talk to them as they threaten you. However, to groups like the "New World Order", Tikal is a savior to the americas because of their "Monroe Doctrine"."

Students in the state are glad they have a nation like Bolivia protecting them from people and nations like Tikal.

1/7 Alto Paraguay: While Antofagasta is becoming the education district, Alto Paraguay will become a rural state in Bolivian Territory. Free land in the state is being sold to farmers across Bolivia and Paraguay, and land under 20 Acres is being given away to build community homes for the homeless to live in. These people are grateful that they have Bolivian government there to help. The states poverty rate quickly dropped from 20% down to 13% as a result of Bolivian assistance.

1/7 Boqueron: Boqueron, bordering Alto, is a state with much potential, however, when the citizens of the state voted, they said that they wanted it to be a military asset. So, Bolivia's Own Armed Forces went in and began constructing bases around the larger cities of the province to help protect them, and then sent in some troops formerly in the Northern states of Peru, before Tikal stole them, and brought them down to be tested for Post-Tramatic Stress Disorder(PTSD), then, if tested positive, sent home. If not, they would remain training in Boqueron until there contracts were up.

Official Declaration from the United Guyana Republic

It is with deep regret that we find tensions building between the Principality of Tikal and the State of Bolivia. It is however in our best interest to preserve the peace of South America and continued stability of the region. Therefore we will instill economic sanctions against Bolivia, and will back our allies in Tikal of any operations launched against them. It is our belief that rapid expansion from Bolivia has become a concern for members within congress and our Republic as well as the free people of South America. Take due course to resolve this peacefully.

"Good afternoon, Boivia. I am Major General Foch speaking on behalf of Bolivia. I would very much like to discuss the topic of Tikal. Not much to discuss really, a confused Tikal goes into Peru knowing that we are there, however claims they don't. All of a sudden we look like the bad guys. Well, let me tell you something. This nation will not be put down by such a nation. We will not sit behind a nation like theirs and be threatened. We, as a people, will not stand for that. So, with that in mind, Bolivia has withdrawn there name from the "New World Order" as they are the leaders of this club. We will sit back from any relations with american nations for the time being as we are quite sure that we look like the bad guys. Tikal somehow convinces all these scared nations to worship them. Us people will stand up for what is right. Because we are right, and that is the end of it. Tikal are terrorists in a suit and tie. They are murderers wearing a golden medal. And we will not stand for it. Peru was taken from us, and now half of it is in the hands of the nation that got there second. The nation that will kill them all, while we cannot do anything because noone is with us. We will stand up and fight without bullets, without blood. We will fight with honor. For Bolivia! For the world!"

4/7 Antofagasta: Antofagasta schools have recently been working on fire, tornado, intruder, and bomb drills in all schools, working on underground bunkers beneath the schools that the floor plan is exactly that of the above stairs schools so that they may easily continue going to classes while protected by the bunker walls.

2/7 Alto Paraguay: The rural district of Alto was recently attacked by militia resistance, and although it was not neutralized, Bolivia's Own Armed Forces pushed them back to the borders of Alto Paraguay. Crops ruined by the attacks were promptly replaced for no charge by BOAF, and the farmers were very grateful.

2/7 Boqueron: "Oh, what a place that state is." Is a quote from Private Bernard Jones, who had recently worked in Peruan borders during the conflict with Tikal, and had only joined the army 5 months ago. However, it was on that day that he was promoted to Private First Class. Speaking of Boqueron, soon to be the safest place in the world, it was running smoothly, with identification checks outside of every major city, and forces whos contracts are almost up are training and working here peacefully, and being tested for PTSD once a month.

-The possibility of Fochinburg becoming the capital of Bolivia lingers, of course, the state of Antofagasta will have to be annexed first, but the medieval feel of the city is great. And although once it is annexed, it will be only the 43rd largest city in Bolivia, it is a great town that will bring in much tourist attention each year.

-Bolivia has recently relieved itself from the New World Order until further notice, and it is interesting. The story behind it is that Major Foch was attempting to keep Bolivia out of the conflict up north.

-New leadership in the junta, inculding a new set of generals, corprals, and liutenants has lead to a change in title for the Major General. The Major General will now be referred to politically as Presidente Foch of the Bolivian Army. Also, the generals will be politically referred to as the Bolivian Armies Cabinet. Bolivia's Own Armed Forces are now referred to as the Bolivian Army.

-The recent possibility and rumor of the Presidente's resignation has become a headline, especially for The Fochingburg Press, who recently had an arguement about who would write about the topic because everyone wanted to.

-A bad tropical storm hit La Paz and its surrounding area the other day, which led to 5 deaths on "Death Road". This years dead body count is a staggering 32 deaths and 71 injuries. These record-breaking numbers come as a definite suprise as many actions have recently been taken to make the road to code.

-Recently, scientists have collected data to conclude that this coming winter should be record-breakingly cold for Bolivia and its protectorates. This has put "global-warming" theorists at a dead end as it is already getting colder.

-Events regarding the supposed envasion to Greenland have been suttle here in Bolivia as thanks to Foch, the people have no reason to worry about the safety of there family and friends in the Bolivian Army. However, Foch's recent communications to "Saxony" have been nothing better than a failure, Presidente Foch says.
