Imperator Azenquor Posted August 13, 2014 Report Share Posted August 13, 2014 (edited) The following private message would be sent to the Kingdom of Sparta: To: The Government of the Kingdom of Sparta Fr: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Zapadnaya In light of the recent Milanese nuclear terrorism and the failure of the European Community as an institution, the government of Zapadnaya has seen the urgent need to re-evaluate our foreign policy with an emphasis on strengthening cooperation with our Balkan neighbors. With this in mind, we would like to request a formal meeting with the Kingdom of Sparta to discuss expansion of the diplomatic relationship between our two nations as well as the prospect of military cooperation.
