He wants to provide the donation for any month you prefer, but is aiming to have the first tech shipment for August 16th. Right now we are looking for the first person to offer 600 Tech, or to the highest bidder. We will take bids through the 14, and notify the winner on the 15. Again, first shipment is expected August 16th. PM me in game.
