Private:

Supreme Commander Jaiden Marter has ordered the immediate formation of the army and air force for the protection of Australia's people and interests.

Australia's Armed Forces take up a large percent of GDP, and is one of the highest allotment than many other nations. Within the Armed Forces are the Defense Forces, Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps. Each branch contains the most state of the art weaponry and technology to ensure the safety of the individual soldier and his/her unit. A national draft has been implemented along with a highly advanced military indoctrination training program to ensure the members of the Armed Forces are physically fit and mentally prepared. The average training for one recruit is about 4 weeks of intense basic training, followed by 2 weeks of advanced training that varies on the topic of focus per recruit. The standing ground forces of Australia will be one of the largest in the world.

Public:

The National People's Congress has passed the constitution of Australia today. The historic document outlines the freedom's of the people, equal representation, economic development, and the role of the military in civil affairs. Some may say that these "democratic" principles really don't exist in Australia, and instead are just a gimmick to the public to prevent disorder. When Lt.Gen. Justin Burnham, Interior Minister was asked on his opinion of this statement, he simply said, "the people are protected and given all that they may need in their lives, what more could they possibly need?"

Adm. Rolando Pash, Navy Commander has ordered CVBG Tasmania to deploy to the South Pacific Ocean. He has also ordered CVBG Queensland to deploy 1,600 miles east of the Philippines. CVBG Pacifica is to deploy to the Southern Ocean and CVBG Zodiac is to deploy to the Indian Ocean. All naval warships are to conduct regular patrols and low-mid level exercises. These will be permanent deployment locations on a rotational basis.
