From: Office of the Empress, Imperium of Japan.

Greetings,

In light of recent events by the so called Russian Empire, the Imperium is interested in furthering our economic and military relations with those surrounding this threat to the stability in Asia, as Muscovy has stood in Eastern Europe for a long time and shares in our democratic beliefs, as well as appears to have similar levels of social and religious freedoms, you make a natural choice for us to reach out to in order to contain the mutual threat the Russian Empire presents to both of us. If such a potential agreement is in the interest of Muscovy, send reply and I will visit personally.

Signed,

-Her Imperial Majesty, Empress Hoshiko, Sovereign of Japan and Joseon, Daughter of Amaterasu, Prophet of Takamagahara, Grand Cordon of the Supreme Order of the Chrysanthemum, Grand Cordon of the Order of the Paulownia Flowers, Grand Cordon of the Order of the Precious Crown, Grand Cordon of the Order of the Sacred Treasure.

The message would be forwarded to the Personal Chancellory, the Tsar's personal office in the Kremlin.

Greetings,

The recent actions by the Russian Empire in the Far East has been very concerning to us, and in the interests of furthering relations with your fine nation, you are welcome to visit Moscow to discuss economic and military issues of mutual interest. Although I have an extremely busy schedule, I will take the time to personally meet with you, and the Diplomatic Corps will undertake the necessary preparations for your arrival.

Signed,
Mikhail Ivanovich Romanov, Tsar, Sovereign, Autocrat of Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Karelia, Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tula, Tver, Vologda, Vladimir, and Yaroslavl; Duke of Novgorod and Smolensk; Elector of Moscow and Saint Petersburg; Grand Prince of Moscow and Novgorod; Lord of Novgorod, Pskov, and Smolensk; Prince of Tver; and Ruler of Ryazan, Smolensk, Vologda, and Yaroslavl; and Viceroy of Karelia, Ryazan, and Tver.

Tsar Mikhail himself would wait at the tarmac, flanked by a small delegation of lesser officials and a group of cloaked Imperial Guards. The ceremional honor guard would play the Japanese anthem. He would warmly greet the Empress and escort her to a waiting limousine, where it would transport them and their respective delegations through the busy streets of Moscow to their destination, the Kremlin. Upon arriving, the Tsar would lead them to a lavishly-decorated conference room.

"Once again, welcome to the Tsardom, your Imperial Highness," Tsar Mikhail said with a warm smile. "Before we get on to business, do you and your delegation want something to eat or drink?"

"No thank you, I ate during the flight, unfortunately due to the circumstances of this visit we didn't intend for the more relaxed nature that such diplomatic meetings normally involve." holding out a small tablet, a map was projected upon the table, displaying the Eastern Hemisphere and the nations upon it. "While we have ensured the Russian Empire has stopped here." a dotted line appearing upon the border that the peace treaty agreed upon. "We do not believe they will stop there in their expansions, from my Minister of Foreign Affairs judgement, their Empire is intentionally displaying an aggressive nation to ensure internal peace, giving their population an enemy.

While such behavior is normally none of our business, when they are making us out to be the enemy it becomes an issue, especially when they are also attempting to encroach upon our sphere of interest. I assume you have similar fears of such a threat. The Imperium has already reached out to the Persian Empire, and while I am wary of us signing a defensive treaty due to how far away we are, I would like to work out something to ensure that we can come to each other's aid against our shared aggressive neighbor should they continue on their path..."

"As I indicated in my message, the actions and rhetoric of the Russian Empire near the Far East have indeed been concerning, and it is our hopes that they would deescalate and take concrete steps to improve relations with your nation and your allies. We can work with your nation to place pressure upon the Empire to moderate its actions and reduce tensions in the regions. Perhaps an optional defense pact would be a good way to further our relations and enable our nations to come to each other's aid if necessary?"
