I also already have the NRL and pentagon wonders as required. Whilst some wonders are available to purchase, the WRC is not (it still has a red stop sign). Syracuse Posted July 17, 2014 Report Share Posted July 17, 2014 You're actually sitting at 8499.999 infra; purchase 0.001 infra and you will be able to purchase the WRC (to see this, go to another players page and select display charts, and then mouse over your infra bar in the nation development comparison) Not a bug, iLock.
