"To: Alexandros o Megas From: Orville Reginbacher Date: 6/21/2014 12:11:06 AM Subject: Peace maybe, yes? Message: I apologize for raiding Hellas. Won't happen again. Any chance we can peace out, if not I'm happy building my casualties up. Thanks for the GA victories, too." Now NDO Caliph (ex-NDO nr. 1 nation) attacked myself (Hellas Founder) mentioning as reason "Raid", while attacking with cruise missiles and planes. To my protest to their Alliance Founder the answer was attack to Dimitroupolis (another Hellas nation) and attack on me by Puppeteer (NDO now nr. 1 nation). We judge NDO as Hellas enemy, untrustworthy by all means and we declare war on them. As they are 24 nations Alliance attacking a 5 nations Alliance, we call all CN:TE Alliances wanting to join a fair war aganist them to join us. Maybe then, they can prove if they are good and capable fighters!! Go forth Sons of Hellas!! Defend our Soil and our Families till Death!! Nick GhostWolf Posted July 1, 2014 Report Share Posted July 1, 2014 NDO's tech/XP raiding policies allow for raids on nations in AAs with 9 members or fewer; from what I've seen watching how other AAs raid this is a pretty standard practice. We've also grown and changed lot in terms of who runs the show - even recently. You clearly didn't get the memo that I'm no longer Sultan. I didn't even roll a nation until day 5, RL stuff has been overwhelming lately and internet games take a back seat to that. NDO and Hellas were once on friendly terms, yes, but both AAs have gone down very different roads. I can assure you we had no desire to eradicate Hellas... except word got out that you wanted to "destroy NDO". Since formally declaring on you would have been a huge downdeclare, the tech raids just continued. This also could have blown over if you'd bothered to contact MasterOfNations (our MoD and now Regent) or Irish Republic (our Sultan). There might've even still been a way to salvage this in lieu of contacting government and factoring in the "destroy NDO" nonsense... ...but then you posted that crap stating that we are untrustworthy, and that other alliances should come and do your fighting for you. We have not asked other alliances to fight on our behalf. We have just called CN:TE alliances to judge the fairness of your war on us (24 nations against 5 - some already in anarchy). These are the facts; the rest are cheap excuses. I return the characterizations about Alliance leadeship and incompetence etc. as everyone has in CN a long, proven history. Make your fights!! They weren't wars, they were XP raids, as I have repeatedly explained to you on IRC, Alexander O Megas. If peace is sent immediately after attacks, it's not a full fledged war. That is fair and accepted I would have gladly filled my war slots with all of Hellas But you didn't do the brave and honorable thing by returning fire upon the nation who attacked you You just decided to slander an alliance in the hopes of rallying others to your aid... You should have just manned up and returned fire upon me not try and drag an alliances name threw the mud... I'm sorry your alliance is so small and is in the raid spectrum I would have respected and given peace or taken the return fire with out any of my brethren joining in.... There was a reason, tech and XP raiding. You don't like the reason but it's valid. GA's, Dogfights (to avoid causing infra damage but get air XP), CM's (also for air XP), and cheap spyops in the vein of Destroy CMs. Those are the attacks you got, yes? (Until you spazzed out, that is). 2. We didn't plant a spy. You left your AA open, someone took a peek. Who that someone was? No idea. Look at the date in the picture and look at our alliance seniorities and compare them if you don't believe me. If its gonna be a 1v1 Alliance War you should probably look to make it a bit fairer, rather than just smashing their AA in a big XP raid, as no doubt you can do. I'm merely a spectator that watched you downdeclare then and call for help now. I agree with you fighting back against raids. However, if you planned to give them peace before and accept their sincere apology, yet plan to form a coalition against them to even a score, it would be wise if you made sure nobody found out about it. The information was given to us by an anonymous outside source. Also, I don't quite understand how "I want to destroy NDO" refers to a single person as you claim.
