The planet fell into mass anarchy and ciaos. It fell upon the responsibility of Grand Marshal Adriav Zane and a military commission to restore law and order, reestablish confidence in the Senate, and restore democratic rule. A noble and well respected Senator, Sabrina Niedra, took up the responsibility of coordinating with the Republican Army as the senior civil official to restore democratic institutions throughout the planet. As a token of our appreciation to your empires goal, we are sending a fleet of 4 star destroyers, and they are now owned by Coruscant. Hopefully you will accept our offer and we will send the diplomat, not only to assist in international relations, but also, to help train Coruscant's next generation of Jedi Knights. bones wizard Posted June 28, 2014 Author Report Share Posted June 28, 2014 Senator Sabrina Niedra has successfully reorganized the Senate to contain exactly 500 Senators who were to have three year terms with a maximum serving of 3 terms. This was to prevent corruption and abuse of power from returning to the popular governing body of the Republic. The Senate would be divided into various committees to better serve the needs of the Republic and its people. The Senate would not elect the executive leader of the Republic, whereas it had done in previous times. The chief executive would have the title of High Commissioner and would have a separate cabinet to lead the Republic. The High Commissioner would be elected by popular vote within the planet and appoint his/her own members to serve under them with the confirmation of the Senate. The traditional judicial powers of the Senate would also be removed and used to establish the Supreme Republican Court. It would consist of 11 Justices and 1 Chief Magistrate. The members of the court would be appointed by the High Commissioner and confirmed by the Senate. The High Commissioner is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and thus retains its proper title during peace and war. Senator Sabrina Niedra has been elected by popular vote to be the first High Commissioner of the Republic of Coruscant. After the Battle of Endor, the collapse of the Empire triggered an economic collapse of Kamino and the production of clones eventually ended. Kaminoan Taun We would flea Kamino to Arkanian Microtechnologies, where she was stationed in the company's facility on Vohai in the Parmel sector. Deccol, having been a liaison in Kamino, personally knew Taun. He had contacted her throughout the period of war and eventually arranged for her to send the information and technological capabilities of making well trained clones. While these new clones were still made up of the DNA of Jango Fett, emphases was placed on diversifying the clone populace. There would be a total of 7 original donors which would contribute to a new borne clone army. These clones would received basic training in core military skills, such as weapons handling, marksmanship, and other essentials.Clones that were fit to serve in leadership capacity possessed notable traits, such as a greater degree of independence and creativity. As part of their education and psychological training, the clone troopers are required to adhere to the Command Code, a set of guidelines that governed a clone's behavior and every action. Hence, every clone was obliged to obey every aspect of the Code without question, doubt or hesitance. It would take 7 years for a fully mature and combat capable clone to be ready to fight on the battlefield. This was 3 years shorter than the original clone troopers because of new technological advances in training and research done by Taun We. The first batch of clones were finished two months ago with several defects which were fixed in the next several batches. The first combat ready batch is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Each batch will yield 50,000 clones with one batch every other month. The clones will use Phase One armor. Commercial shipyards have been a priority to construct along with increasing intergalactic trade and commerce industries to boost the plant's economic opportunities. The Intergalactic Commerce Authority (IGCA) has been established to coordinate all of Coruscant's trade agreements.
