Deep within the Vojnotehnički Institut Beograd, the scientists and researchers were hard at work in modernizing the Yugoslavian army's equipment, using the knowledge gained from several sources from before the Veliki Plamen Katastrofe and since there was no global hegemon willing to breath down their necks, the scientists were able to disassemble and peer at the secrets contained in several weapons. All of their time and effort in the following months would be done to ensure the survivability and firepower that the average Yugoslav soldier would need should the Kingdom ever come to blows against another country.

The results from their research and development would come to a mixture of former Western and Eastern gun philosophy, to hopefully ensure the best that their Army would use in the field.

With the alert having been sent by the Alvonian government, the Kingdom in turn would act accordingly and mobilize the entirety of its armed forces while informing their allies in the Hellenic Republic that the mobilization was centered on the apparent issue north of the Balkans in the Polish region, including an invitation to send an observer to keep detailed watch over the Kingdom's forces should the Hellenic Republic feel the need to in another show of faith and trust in the Greek people. This same message and invitation would be sent in addition to Hungary-Slovakia.

Border security would be heightened and on twenty-four seven alert giving the apparent tense situation along with having ten division's worth of soldiers ready at a moment's notice to deploy where needed.

Given the order, military forces outside of the Kingdom would be recalled with the exception of the ones stationed within Albania while the fleets of the Kingdom were to be diverted to the Strait of Otranto. Two of the Kingdom's carrier strike groups were already within extremely close proximity of the Strait and would reach it in simply less than half an hour, while the third and last carrier strike group was mid-way in the Ionian Sea before receiving the order, taking several hours to reach the Strait and the full naval capabilities of the Kingdom would establish patrols of ORUiKM's to keep a close eye on the Strait itself.

Given the order, seeing as the military forces of the Kingdom were still mobilized and hadn't been demobilized, the preparation for one division to head into the province of Friuli-Venezia Giulia would be short. The 501st-Pešadija would be en-route towards the city of Trieste. The Division would head north, exiting the Kingdom through the north-western borders of the Province of Slovenia and taking a sharp left on the city of Ljubljana, driving along the well-maintained roads and through several Yugoslavian cities until the 6th hour had passed and the Division had finally reached the city of Trieste.

After a quick negotiation with its citizens, the 501st-Pešadija established a command center in the city hall, using several abandoned barracks to house their equipment and themselves, the city quickly came to a peace. The Soldiers the division would act their part in patrolling and essentially acting as the City's police force in the meantime.

The division would split in two and the second half would go forth from the city and spread out throughout the rest of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia province, doing their best to appear as non-confrontational to the citizens to ensure their peace of mind. They would establish established a line of supply between the cities of Trieste, Aquileia, Udine, Tarcento and the Yugoslavian city of Ankaran in the Slovenian province, and would await orders before they connected to the entrenched French Foreign Legion within the region of Veneto.

The soldiers in the division had explicit orders to not approach the borders of Alvonia within 100 miles, as a show of courtesy to their northern neighbors regardless of the current tensions between of the two countries.

With the entirety of Kingdom's carrier strike groups already patrolling the Strait, one would be tasked towards heading north of the Adriatic Sea, to station itself in the Gulf of Venice to support the Foreign Legion while the remainder would continue their job at patrolling the Strait of Otranto.

With the seeming collapse of the governments of Malta and the Hellene Republic, the orders were sent for one carrier strike group with ample  to head towards the Suez Canal to re-occupy the base that the League of Nations had under Maltese and Greek de-facto control. The Carrier Strike Group would drop men into the vacant base before returning to the Kingdom to gather more reinforcements, until the base that the Greek and Maltese had formerly stationed themselves in would carry up to three full divisions of men to effectively protect the Suez Canal from invaders till any further orders from the Kingdom.

With the seeming collapse of the governments of Alvonia, their former ally, orders were sent for the carrier strike group stationed in the Gulf of Venice to reinforce coming divisions that would be heading north. In total, 150,000 soldiers would be sent north, compromising of six divisions that would be split once they reached the region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Three divisions of 75,000 soldiers would go west to further secure the entirety of the Northern Italian region while the other half of the soldiers would enter to the region of Austria, the capital region of their former ally. It was a move designed to protect their former allies, regardless of what they currently thought from any undue retribution anyone would want to enforce on the population.

In addition the three divisions would have orders on the basis if the former leaders and government be spotted, to aid in their hiding. It was the least the Kingdom could do as seemingly all of its neighbors collapsed for unknown reasons yet.

Orders were sent out, the Carrier Strike Group; officially known as NSG 1, stationed within the Sea of Venice would set sail towards the Strait of Otranto while the Kingdom's borders would be fortified with mobile AA's, ATGM's, SAM's and radar emplacements from the local military installations to impede and make any possible incursion into the Kingdom's territory to be a hell on earth. The Divisions in the regions of former Albania, Bulgaria and Greece would in turn also fortify the external borders of their respective territory, mobile AA's, ATGM's, SAM's and radar emplacements being placed inland and near coasts, the Kingdom's industrial base at a constant fire to make the respective materials to build the missiles and chassis's for the mobile AA's, ATGM's, SAM's and radar posts. In addition to these emplacements, soldiers would bring with them by vehicles the pre-fabricated defensive fortifications that the installations had stored, the coasts being littered with Czech Hedgehogs to prevent any enemy from landing vehicles and tanks on the shores of the Balkan Peninsula and Anatolian territory that Greece had under its belt. In all, the Balkan Peninsula and the Greek territory in Anatolia would be on high alert with martial law in effect until the situation was finally over.

The Carrier Strike Group; officially known as NSG 2, stationed to patrol the Strait of Otranto would finally set towards patrolling the Ionian and Aegean Seas once the NSG 1 had reached the Strait and begun its new duty of patrolling the Strait.

The Carrier Strike Group; officially known as NSG 3, stationed near the Suez Canal would be on high alert as would the men and women garrisoned on the shores of the Canal, cautious and wary of any possible attack.
