Stone and Steel was created last night by two Guinness members, BlackeyeBilly and Ceres (myself). Both of us have previously surrendered to RS. We were talking to Vosegus yesterday, about possibly creating just a whole new alliance, and a whole new government idea after Guinness's demise, after all, the reasoning most ex-Guinness members left is because they stated how they did not like being in a semi-democracy. And we felt that we couldn't just simply rejuvenate the alliance, however, Vosegus seemed content that he could, so BlackeyeBilly and I went down another path as Vosegus stayed behind to rebuild. We want this alliance to be neutral, and will try to keep it out of all wars we can. If it works out, great- that's awesome! However, if it doesn't, we can say we tried. We will not be recruiting nor declare our formal existence until we secure this small alliance's survival with nonaggression pacts. We plan to achieve NAPs with Guinness, SPA, RS, LT, and NSF. We just want to ensure that we do not get in a conflict like this again. It is just the two of us currently. We will not be harboring ex-Guinness players that left during war.
