I just went ripping through the trades forum out of curiosity because I hadn't seen any dialogue of it .. I just went ripping through the trades forum out of curiosity because I hadn't seen any dialogue of it .. He's not recorded in any of our rings ..I have one empty slot and four NSO trade partners. Holton inquired why this was the case and found out that, no, despite having four trade partners in the circle, I wouldn't be allowed back in.However, not all questions in the OP apply to NSO but rather to other scenarios that I've found out through poking.
