hartfw
Relates to r30, but it has happened before as well so figured I would put this in as a general suggestion. If the restart is too close to update, it staggers the amount of people who can get tc's together and be ready to build day 1 if desired. Especially with those in certain time zones (or planning on trading with them), this offers a disadvantage to some. Furthermore, to the extent that there may be new rules or starting conditions, this gives less time for players to react and help others. Auctor
This also tends to goof up when the one week anniversary is.
Daenerys Targaryen
I'd prefer it start as soon as the 4/10 update starts so everyone gets a full day to create their nations. Is that not basic common sense to do. Starting a round with 2 hours left before the next update is unfair for most and to be honest it shows incompetence. I agree, I'd rather it start on 4/10 after the update than on 4/9 just before the update.
hartfw
I think this was bungled this round, but that is spilled milk which was my guess when posting it. But hopefully going forward for 31 and on this can be avoided with a better start time.
