Casualties Bug?

Hey,

So I suspected this was an error in previous wars but never looked at it closely until now.

For examples sake we will look at this nation. Note he had 0 casualties before these wars started against him.

His current casualties is at 147,649.

If you add up all his casualties you get: 40,792+80,494+24537+34889+16768+32266+16427+37173=283346

If you subtract nukes (so only counting GAs) from the equation you get: (40,792+80,494+24537+34889+16768+32266)-(16427+37173)=176146

Obviously neither adds up to 147,649; I'm trying to figure out how the 147k number was reached but I don't see how.

When you add up all the casualties he lost, but not what the people fighting him lost, the number works out exactly right.

80,494 + 34,889 + 32,266 = 147649

Think you're counting the ones he inflicted?

The ones he inflicted should also include the attacking casualties, right? The 147649 number is attacking+defending.

Attacking casualties are not "casualties inflicted" -- they're the number of soldiers lost in offensive ground attacks. While defending casualties are the number lost in defensive ground attacks, and to nukes.

Edit:

Number of Soldiers Lost in All Wars. 1,275,166 Attacking + 2,674,072 Defending = 3,949,238 Casualties
