Imperial War Cabinet:
The Imperial War Cabinet is an emergency governing organ used when the Federation is preparing for war, it consists of the Megale Autokrateira, Consuls, Magistrate of Defense, Magistrate of Energy, Magistrate of Intelligence and National Security, Imperial Command and a selection of other commanders from the different branches.

The Third Act of Milan, Pax Atheniensium, provides the legal basis for the Athenian Federation to take military action in various scenarios and also acts as an implied one-sided ODP with former protectorates in specific but every state in Europe and Africa in general.

Constitution of the Athenian Federation

 

I: Historical Foundations

Considering the historical facts and universally accepted principles of the modern world, as well as the inalienable and indivisible, non-transferable and non-exhaustible right of the Hellenic nation to self-determination and state sovereignty, including its fully maintained right to secession and association, as basic provisions for peace and stability of the international order, the Athenian Federation is established as the national state of those nations residing within it.
Respecting the will of the Hellenic nation and all citizens, resolutely expressed in the free elections, the Athenian Federation is hereby founded and shall develop as a sovereign, meritocratic and democratic state in which equality, freedoms and human rights are guaranteed and ensured, and their economic and cultural progress and social welfare promoted.

II: Organization of the State

Article 1.
The Athenian Federation will consist of multiple regions of varying autonomy.

Article 2.
It is the obligation of the national government to provide security for and give protection to each region within it.

Article 3.
The Constitution of the Athenian Federation, a decree from the head of government, a law approved by the Parliament of the Athenian Federation and a ruling by the Supreme Court shall stand above all regional, local or other considerations.

Article 4.
The right to secession is not granted to a region in any form, secession is only possible with the permission from at least two thirds of the Assembly of the People and an unanimous vote from the Council of the Athenian Federation.

III: Basic Provisions

Article 5.
(1)The Athenian Federation is a unitary and indivisible democratic and meritocratic state.
(2)Power in the Athenian Federation derives from the people and belongs to the people as a community of free, equal and independent citizens.
(3)The people shall exercise this power through the election of representatives and through direct decision-making.

Article 6.
(1)The sovereignty of the Athenian Federation is inalienable, indivisible and untransferable.
(2)The sovereignty of the Athenian Federation includes its land area, rivers, lakes, canals, internal maritime waters, territorial sea, and the air space above these.
(3)The Athenian Federation shall exercise its sovereign rights and jurisdiction in the maritime areas and the seabed and subsoil thereof of the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, including the smaller seas directly linked to it, outside the state territory up to the borders with its neighbours and other states in accordance to individual agreements.
(4)The Assembly of the People or the people directly shall, independently and in accordance with the Constitution and law, decide:
a. on the regulation of economic, legal and political relations in the Athenian Federation
b. on the preservation of natural and cultural wealth and its utilization
c. on association into alliances with other states.
(5)The Athenian Federation may conclude alliances with other states, retaining its sovereign right to decide on the powers to be delegated and the right freely to withdraw from such associations.

Article 7.
Freedom, equal rights, national equality and equality of genders, love of peace, social justice, respect for human rights, inviolability of ownership, conservation of nature and the environment, the rule of law, and a democratic multiparty system are the highest values of the constitutional order of the Athenian Federation and the ground for interpretation of the Constitution.

Article 8.
In the Athenian Federation the government shall be organized on the principle of the separation of powers into the legislative, executive and judiciary but limited by the rights of individual regions and citizens as defined by the constitution.

Article 9.
(1)In the Athenian Federation laws shall conform to the Constitution, and other rules and regulations shall conform to the Constitution and law.
(2)Everyone shall abide by the Constitution and law and respect the legal order of the Athenian Federation.

Article 10.
In special circumstances the Supreme Court of the Athenian Federation can issue a temporary regulation for offences not recognized as such by the law. These may be retroactive however must be approved by the Assembly of the People and Council within a year to maintain legality.

Article 11.
(1)Formation of political parties is free.
(2)Internal organization of political parties shall be in accordance with the fundamental constitutional democratic principles.
(3)Parties shall publicize the accounts on sources of their assets and property.
(4)Political parties which by their programs or violent activities aim to demolish the free democratic order endanger the existence of the Athenian Federation are unconstitutional. The decision on unconstitutionality shall be made by the Supreme Court of the Athenian Federation.
(5)The status and financing of political parties shall be regulated by law.

Article 12.
(1)The Hellenic Forces will be tasked with protecting and guarding the sovereignty and sanctity of the Athenian Federation.
(2)The Hellenic Forces will be tasked with protecting the rights of living beings beyond the borders of the Athenian Federation at the request of the Supreme Court of the Athenian Federation.
(3)The Hellenic Forces may cross its borders or act over its borders upon permission from the Megale Autokrateira.
(4)In times of need upon order by the Megale Autokrateira the Hellenic Forces may assist the civilian police and authorities provided the rights granted by this constitution are maintained.
(5)Organization of defence, command, administration and democratic control over the Hellenic Forces shall be regulated by law.
(6)Every citizen fit to do so shall be required to serve the state. The kind of service and the requirements for eligibility shall be regulated by law.

Article 13.
The borders of the Athenian Federation may only be altered by a motion approved by the Parliament.

Article 14.
(1)Hellenic citizenship, its acquisition and termination shall be regulated by law.
(2)No Hellenic citizen shall be exiled from the Athenian Federation, have its citizenship terminated or be extradited to a foreign government.

Article 15.
(1)The Athenian Federation shall protect and promote the rights and interests of its citizens living abroad, and shall maintain links with the homeland.
(2)Parts of the Hellenic nation in other states shall be given special concern and protection by the Athenian Federation.

Article 16.
(1)The flag of the Athenian Federation shall consist of 2 colors, white and gold. A white background with a gold cross and a Phoenix in the upper left white block.
(2)The Coat of Arms of the Athenian Federation shall be a gold cross on a white escutcheon surrounded by two gold laurel branches..
(3)The anthem of the Athenian Federation shall be the ‘Universal Anthem’.

Article 17.
The Greek, Latin and English languages and the Latin and Greek scripts shall be in official use within the Athenian Federation. Individual regions are allowed to teach non-recognized languages and scripts along with the aforementioned.

Article 18.
The capital of the Athenian Federation will be Athens.

IV: Civil Liberties and Fundamental Freedoms

Article 19.
(1)Everyone’s right to life shall be protected by law. No one shall be deprived of his life intentionally.
(2)Deprivation of life shall not be regarded as inflicted in contravention of this article when it results from the use of force which is no more than absolutely necessary:
a. in defense of any person from unlawful violence;
b. in order to effect a lawful arrest or to prevent escape of a person lawfully detained;
c. in action lawfully taken for the purpose of quelling a riot or insurrection;
d. in times of war against an enemy state;
e. in times of war for the crime of treason.

Article 20.
No one shall be subjected to torture or inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Article 21.
(1)No one shall be held in slavery or servitude.
(2)No one shall be required to perform forced of compulsory labor.
(3)For the purpose of this article the term forced or compulsory labor shall not include:
a. any work required to be done in the ordinary course of detention imposed according to the law;
b. any service of a military character or in case of conscientious objectors service exacted instead of compulsory military service;
c. any service exacted in case of an emergency or calamity threatening life or well-being of the community;
d. any work or service which forms part of normal civic obligations.

Article 22.
(1)Everyone has the right to liberty and security of person. No one shall be deprived of his liberty save in the following cases and in accordance with a procedure prescribed by law:
a. the lawful detention of a person after conviction by a competent court;
b. the lawful arrest or detention of a person for non-compliance with the lawful order of a court or in order to secure the fulfillment of any obligation prescribed by law;
c. the lawful arrest or detention of a person effected for the purpose of bringing him before the competent legal authority of reasonable suspicion of having committed an offence or when it is reasonably considered necessary to prevent this committing an offence or fleeing after having done so;
d. the detention of a minor by lawful order for the purpose of educational supervision or his lawful detention for the purpose of bringing him before the competent legal authority;
e. the lawful detention of persons for the prevention of the spreading of infectious diseases, of persons of unsound mind or persons reasonably expected to be a threat to themselves or people surrounding them.
(2)Everyone who is arrested shall be informed promptly, in a language which he understands, of the reason for his arrest, the charge against him and the rights granted to him.
(3)Everyone arrested or detained in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1c of this article shall be brought promptly before a judge and shall be entitled to trial within a reasonable time or release pending trial. Release may be conditioned by guarantees to appear for trial.
(4)Everyone who is deprived of his liberty by arrest or detention shall be entitled to take proceedings by which the lawfulness of his detention shall be decided speedily by a court and his release ordered if the detention is not lawful.
(5)Everyone who has been the victim of arrest or detention in contravention of the provisions of this article shall have an enforceable right to compensation.
(6)The right to the writ of habeas corpus shall be granted to all those arrested or detained or an individual acting in name of the arrested or detained.

Article 23.
(1)In the determination of his civil rights and obligations or of any criminal charge against him, everyone is entitled to a fair and public hearing within a reasonable time by an independent and impartial tribunal established by law. Judgment shall be pronounced publicly by the press and public may be excluded from all or part of the trial in the interest of morals, public order or national security in a democratic society where the interests of juveniles or the protection of the private life of the parties so require, or the extent strictly necessary in the opinion of the court in special circumstances where publicity would prejudice the interests of justice.
(2)Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
(3)Everyone charged with a criminal offence has the following minimum rights:
a. to be informed promptly, in a language which he understands and in detail, of the nature and cause of the accusation against him;
b. to have adequate time and the facilities for the preparation of his defense;
c. to defend himself in person or through legal assistance of his own choosing or, if he has not sufficient means to pay for legal assistance, to be given it free when the interests of justice so require;
d. to examine or have examined witnesses against him and to obtain the attendance and examination of witnesses on his behalf under the same conditions as witnesses against him.
e. to have the free assistance of an interpreter if he cannot understand or speak the language used in court.
(4)No one may be tried more than once if a final court sentence has already passed.

Article 24.
(1)No one shall be held guilty of any criminal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a criminal offence under regional, national or international law at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the criminal offence was committed.
(2)This article shall not prejudice the trial and punishment of any person for any act or omission which, at the time when it was committed, was criminal according to the general principles of law recognized by civilized nations.

Article 25.
(1)Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence.
(2)There shall be no interference by a public authority with the exercise of this right except such as in accordance with the law and is necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security, public safety or the economic well-being of the country, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others.

Article 26.
(1)Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief, in worship, teaching, practice and observance.
(2)Freedom to manifest one’s religion or beliefs shall be subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society in the interests of public safety, for the protection of public order, health or morals, or the protection of the rights and freedoms others.

Article 27.
(1)Everyone has the right to freedom of expression, this right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers. This article shall not prevent the State from requiring the licensing of broadcasting, television or cinema enterprises.
(2)The exercise of these freedoms, since it carries with it duties and responsibilities, may be subject to such formalities, conditions, restrictions or penalties as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society, in the interests of national security, territorial integrity or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, for the protection of the reputation or the rights of others, for preventing the disclosure of information received in confidence, or for maintaining the authority and impartiality of the judiciary.

Article 28.
(1)Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and to freedom of association with others, including the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.
(2)No restrictions shall be placed on the exercise of these rights other than such as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others, this article shall not prevent the imposition of lawful restrictions on the exercise of these rights by members of the armed forces, of the policy or of the administration of the State.

Article 29.
(1)Two consenting individuals of marriageable age have the right to marry and to found a family.
(2)The right outlined in this article shall not prejudice against other forms of marriage if so authorized by law.

Article 30.
(1)Everyone whose rights and freedoms as set forth in this constitution are violated shall have an effective remedy before a national authority notwithstanding that the violation has been committed by persons acting in an official capacity.
(2)Anyone violating the provisions of this constitution concerning the civil liberties and fundamental freedoms shall be held personally responsible and may not exculpate himself from invoking a higher order.

Article 31.
(1)In times of war or other public emergency threatening the life of the State the State may take measures derogating from its obligations under this constitution to the extent strictly required by the exigencies of the situation.
(2)No derogation from article 19 shall be made under this provision.

Article 32.
(1)The enjoyment of the rights and freedoms set forth in this constitution shall be secured without discrimination on any ground such as sex, race, color, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, association with a national minority, property, birth or other status.
(2)The protection of this provision shall count for all laws or administrative decisions.

Article 33.
Nothing in this constitution may be interpreted as implying for the State, any region, group, or person any right to engage in any activity or perform any act aimed at the destruction on any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein or at their limitation to a greater extent than is provided for in the constitution.

Article 34.
The restrictions permitted under this constitution to the said rights and freedoms shall not be applied for any purpose other than those for which they have been prescribed.

Article 35.
If any regional, national or international law, administrative decision or other legal instrument provide greater protection than this constitution it is to be considered above the constitution in the legal order.

V: Social Rights and Economic Freedoms

Article 36.
(1)The arts and science shall be free of constraint, academic freedoms shall be respected.
(2)No restrictions shall be placed on the exercise of these rights other than such as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others.

Article 37.
(1)Everyone has the right to education.
(2)This right includes the ability to have free compulsory education.

Article 38.
(1)Everyone has the right to engage in work and to pursue a freely chosen or accepted occupation.
(2)Every citizen of the Athenian Federation has the freedom to seek employment, to work, to exercise the right of establishment and to provide services in the entire Federation.
(3)Foreign nationals who are authorized to work in the territory of the Athenian Federation are entitled to working conditions equivalent to those of citizens of the Federation.
(4)Workers or their representatives must, at the appropriate levels, be guaranteed information and consultation in good time in the cases and under the conditions provided for by law and practices.
(5)Workers and employers, or their respective organisations, have in accordance with law and practices, the right to negotiate and conclude collective agreements at the appropriate levels and, in cases of conflicts of interest, to take collective action to defend their interests, including strike action.
(6)Everyone has the right of access to free placement services.
(7)Every worker has the right to protection against unjustified dismissal, in accordance with law and practices.
(8)Every worker has the right to working conditions which respect his or her health, safety and dignity.
(9)Every worker has the right to limitation of maximum working hours, to daily and weekly rest periods and to an annual period of paid leave.

Article 39.
The freedom to conduct a business in accordance with law and practices is recognized.

Article 40.
(1)Everyone has the right to own, use, dispose of and bequeath his or her lawfully acquired possessions. No one may be deprived of his or her posessions, except in the public interest and in the cases and under the conditions provided for by law, subject to fair compensation being paid in good time for their loss. The use of property may be regulated by law in so far as necessary for the general interest.
(2)Intelectual property shall be protected.
(3)The requirement for fair compensation shall not apply if the possessions are removed in the execution of a court order or conviction.

Article 41.
The right to asylym shall be guaranteed with due respect for the rules of the Geneva Convention of 28 July 1951.

Article 42.
(1)Collective expulsions are prohibited.
(2)No one may be removed, expelled or extradited to a State where there is a serious risk that he or she would be subjected to a treatment below the standards of this Constitution.

Article 43.
(1)Children shall have the right to such protection and care as is necessary for their well-being. They may express their views freely. Such views shall be taken into consideration on matters which concern them in accordance with their age and maturity.
(2)In all actions relating to children, whether taken by public authorities or private institutions, the child’s best interests must be a primary consideration.
(3)Every child shall have the right to maintain on a regular basis a personal relationship and direct contact with both his or her parents, unless that is contrary to his or her interests.

Article 44.
The Federation guarantees the rights of the elderly to lead a life of dignity and independence and to participate in social and cultural life.

Article 45.
The Federation guarantees the right of persons with disabilities to benefit from measures designed to ensure their independence, social and occupational integration and participation in the life of the community.

Article 46.
(1)The employment of children is prohibited. The minimum age of admission to employment may not be lower than the minimum school-leaving age, without prejudice to such rules as may be more favourable to young people and except for limited derogations.
(2)Young people admitted to work must have working conditions appropriate to their age and be protected against economic exploitation and any work likely to harm their safety, health or physical, mental, moral or social development or to interfere with their education.

Article 47.
(1)The family shall enjoy legal, economic and social protection.
(2)To reconcile family and professional life, everyone shall have the right to protection from dismissal for a reason connected with the maternity and the right to paid maternity leave and to parental leave following the birth or adoption of a child.

Article 48.
(1)The Federation guarantees the entitlement of social security benefits and social services providing protection in cases such as maternity, illness, industrial accidents, dependency or old age, and in the case of loss of employment, in accordance with the rules laid down by law and practices.
(2)Everyone lawfully residing withing the Athenian Federation is entitled to social security benefits in accordance with law and practices.
(3)In order to combat social exclusion and poverty, the Federation recognizes and respects the right to social and housing assistance as to ensure a decent existence for all those who lack sufficient resources in accordance with the rules laid down by law.

Article 49.
Everyone has the right of access to preventive health care and the right to benefit from medical treatment under the conditions established by law and practices. A high level of human health protection shall be ensured in the definition and implementation of all Hellenic policies and activities.

Article 50.
(1)Every citizen of legal age of the Federation has the right to vote and to stand as a candidate at all elections.
(2)The legal age of voting shall never be higher than the age required for mandatory service

Article 51.
(1)Every person has the right to have his or her affairs handled impartially, fairly and within a reasonable time by the institutions and bodies of the Athenian Federation.
(2)This right includes:
a. the right of every person to be heard, before any individual measure which would affect him or her adversely is taken.
b. the right of every person to have access to his or her files, while respecting the legitimate interests of confidentiality and of professional and business secrecy.
c. the obligation of the administration to give reasons for its decision.
(3)Every person has the right to have the Federation make good any damage caused by its institutions or by its servants in the performance of their duties, in accordance with the general principles of the law.
(4)Every person may write to the institutions of the Federation in the Greek, Latin or English languages and must have an answer in the same language.

Article 52.
(1)Any citizen of the Federation, and any natural or legal person residing or having its registered office in the Athenian Federation, has a right of access to legislative and executive documents.
(2)Documents may be censored to protect the rights of others.
(3)This right may be restricted in the interests of national security.

Article 53.
Any citizen of the Federation and any natural or legal person residing or having its registered office in the Athenian Federation has the right to refer to the Ombudsman of the Federation cases of maladministration in the activities of the Federation institutions and bodies, with the exception of the judiciary acting in their judicial role.

Article 54.
Any citizen of the Federation and any natural or legal person residing or having its registered office in the Athenian Federation has the right to petition the Parliament.

Article 55.
Every citizen of the Federation has the right to move and reside freely within the Athenian Federation.

Article 56.
Every citizen of the Union shall, in the territory of a third country, be entitled to protection by the diplomatic or consular authorities of the Athenian Federation.

VI: Organization of Government

1. Megale Autokrateira

Article 57.
The Megale Autokrateira is the head of state and head of government. The Megale Autokrateira shall represent the Federation at home and abroad and ensure the continuance and unity of the Federation and its regular functioning at all costs. The Megale Autokrateira is the head of the Council of Three.

Article 58.
(1)The Megale Autokrateira shall be nominated by the incumbent upon resignation or by the Consuls upon death of the incumbent. It is the obligation of the Parliament to confirm candidates with a two-thirds majority in both chambers.
(2)An incumbent may be removed from office by unanimity among the Consuls, a two-thirds majority from the Assembly of the People and unanimity of the Council of the Athenian Federation.

Article 59.
(1)The Megale Autokrateira shall enjoy full legal immunity and maintain all executive powers with the Federation.
(2)Together with the other two members of the Council of Three she can veto legislation.

Article 60.
The Megale Autokrateira is commander-in-chief of the Hellenic Forces. She may proclaim war and conclude peace.

Article 61.
The Megale Autokrateira may dissolve the Parliament if it has passed a vote of no confidence against the government, if it has not approved the state budget within a month of proposal or has acted against the constitution of the Athenian Federation.

Article 62.
In the performance of powers the Megale Autokrateira shall be assisted by advisors.

2. Consuls

Article 63.
(1)The Athenian Federation shall have two Consuls to assist the Megale Autokrateira, the Western Consul and the People’s Consul.
(2)The Western Consul shall be the Emperor of Rome and a member of the Council of Three.
(3)The People’s Consul shall be elected by the people every four years at the same time as the elections for the Assembly of the People. The People’s Consul shall serve as Chief Magistrate and be a member of the Council of Three.

Article 64.
The Consuls shall enjoy legal immunity only insofar that the exercising of their function requires it.

3. Council of Magistrates

Article 65.
The Council of Magistrates shall maintain individual departments of the Athenian Federation.

Article 66.
The Council of Magistrates shall be proposed by a majority of the Assembly of the People and is subject to approval from the Megale Autokrateira. Upon approval the Megale Autokrateira will officially appoint the Council of Magistrates.

Article 67.
(1)Individual magistrates or the entire council may be removed upon a vote of no confidence passing the Assembly of the People.
(2)The Chief Magistrate as he is elected by the people directly shall not be subject to a vote of no confidence.

4. Parliament of the Athenian Federation

Article 68.
The Parliament of the Athenian Federation is a body of elected representatives from the people and operates the legislative power in the Athenian Federation. The parliament shall consist of the Council and the Assembly of the People

Article 69.
The Assembly of the People shall have 5000 seats, elected through secret ballot by all Athenian citizens above the age of 18 years. The Council shall have 500 seats, elected through secret by all Athenian citizens above the age of 18 years. Election of the council of the Athenian Federation shall happen 2 years after the election of the Assembly of the People.

Article 70.
Elections for the Assembly of the People shall be held every 4 years, after conclusion of the elections the Council shall be formed.

Article 71.
Members of the Parliament shall not have an imperative mandate and shall receive regular financial compensation for their service and other rights specified by law.

Article 72.
The term of office of representatives in the Hellenic Parliament may be extended by the Megale Autokrateira only in the case of war.

Article 73.
The Parliament of the Athenian Federation shall have all legislative powers with the exception of signing international agreements where it serves in an advisory role.

Article 74.
The Parliament of the Athenian Federation shall vote by majority unless specified otherwise in the constitution.

5. Judicial Power

Article 75.
Judicial power shall be exercised by independent and neutral courts. Courts shall administer justice on the basis of the constitution and law.

Article 76.
The Supreme Court of the Athenian Federation, as the highest court, shall ensure the protection and execution of the constitution. Formation of the Supreme Court shall be regulated by law.

Article 77.
Court hearings shall be open and judgments shall be passed publicly unless minors are involved or the protection of individual rights is at jeopardy or matters of national security are involved.

Article 78.
Justice shall be administered by judges in conformity with law, judges shall be appointed for life and enjoy immunity in regards to rulings.

Article 79.
Judges shall be appointed by the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court shall be appointed by the Assembly of the People.

Article 80.
The Megale Autokrateira may at any time grant a pardon or immunity to an individual even if against court rulings.

Article 81.
(1)No member of a diplomatic mission may be put on trial for a crime while still part of this mission.
(2)It is the obligation of the State to attempt to prosecute a member of a diplomatic mission for crimes. This is to be done using diplomatic means with permission from the state of the mission.
(3)If a member of a diplomatic mission cannot be prosecuted the State is obligated to declare said member persona non grata and require his departure from the state in a timely fashion.

Article 82.
The Supreme Court shall be able to assume jurisdiction over regions beyond the borders of the Athenian Federation to protect the rights of people living beyond Athenian borders.

VII: International Relations

Article 83.
International agreements on behalf of the Athenian Federation shall be negotiated by the Megale Autokrateira.

Article 84.
The Parliament may provide non-binding advice on international agreements.

Article 85.
International agreements concluded and ratified in the Athenian Federation shall stand above law but below the constitution.

VIII: Amendments

Article 86.
Amendments to the constitution may be proposed by at least one fifth of the Assembly of the People or the Megale Autokrateira.

Article 87.
The Assembly of the People upon hearing advice from the Council and Council of Magistrates shall decide by a majority vote of all representatives whether or not to start proceedings for the amendment of the constitution.

Article 88.
A decision to amend the constitution shall require a 2/3 majority of both the Assembly of the People as the Council.

Hellenic Forces

 

 

 

Military Readiness System:

The state of military readiness is the internally used system to prepare the Hellenic Forces and internal security forces. The level is classified.

Alert Condition Alpha: The Athenian Federation is in a full state of (nuclear) war, maximum readiness.
Alert Condition Beta: The Athenian Federation has strong suspicions it will enter a state of war soon, this is because of either a conflict involving an allied state or another reason deemed serious enough by Imperial Command. Status can also indicate a state of war against an opponent where no nuclear activity is expected. Strategic weapons are armed, all Hellenic forces are ready for rapid deployment.
Alert Condition Gamma: There is a serious risk of war or severe risk of a terrorist attack on Athenian soil. Or foreign military forces are engaged within 500 miles of the Athenian border. Hellenic Forces are on alert and ready to deploy, highest state on terrorist threats.
Alert Condition Delta: There is a higher than normal risk of war or a high risk of a terrorist attack on Athenian soil. Or foreign military forces are engaged within 1000 miles of the Athenian border. Hellenic Forces are ordered to their bases and prepare for potential conflict.
Alert Condition Epsilon: There is a risk of war or a significant risk of a terrorist attack on Athenian soil. Or foreign military forces are engaged within 2000 miles of the Athenian border. The Hellenic Air Force is to be ready for operations within 15 minutes and the Hellenic Navy within 12 hours. Internal security forces are on their maximum readiness.
Alert Condition Zeta: There is a general risk of a terrorist attack on Athenian soil or a potentially threatening situation is developing anywhere in the world. Hellenic Forces are to take no special preparations, internal security forces are to be taken to a general alert.
Alert Condition Eta: There is a low risk of a terrorist attack on Athenian soil. No special preparations are to be taken.

 

Export Status:

To guarantee national security and provide Athenian supremacy against possible foes a three-tiered system has been established governing the export of all military equipment designed and manufactured inside the Athenian Federation.

 

Tier 1: Exported on a case-by-case basis, in principle this technology can only be used by the Hellenic Forces however specific exceptions may be granted.

Tier 2: Exported to allies, in principle this technology will be sold to all MDP+ allies of the Athenian Federation, specific exclusions of allies or inclusions of other parties may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Tier 3: Exported to all foreign states, in principle this technology will be sold to every state not marked as in violation of international law by the United Nations Security Council or Parliament, Specific exceptions beyond the earlier mentioned one may exist.

M1 Cerberus

Network: The M1 Cerberus is fully integrated into the ISIS network which combines information from the Army, Air Force, Navy and the HSA, a network using large datacenters throughout the Federation at secured facilities. Due to being integrated into this network the Cerberus can track almost everything that happens in its environment. Like with other systems the link is established through secured satellite uplinks and a secured local area network.

Defenses:

Being part of the newest generation it became clear that the future of warfare was with electronic warfare and attacks on the sensitive areas of the vehicle. To combat most projectiles the M1 has a combination of ceramic composite reactive and electric armor, under-carriage for protection against shaped charges and an anti-rpg cage. These measures as a last resort seek to first fry the circuits of projectiles and secondly protect the vehicle itself against the impact of projectiles.

More active defenses exist in the combination of an EW suite and active defense systems that seeks to prevent a lock and disable guided projectiles from a distance, when linked with the ISIS system a combination of vehicles attempt to take down threats once they are in range. This greater networked combat system allows each vehicle to detect threats from a much greater distance which increases the likelihood of defenses taking down threats.

The Cerberus enjoys full protection against NBCR threats, in addition using the newest in computer technology the protection against electronic threats has increased.

Sensor systems: While the M1 Cerberus already receives almost all needed information from the ISIS network at large it is equipped with an extensive suite of sensor systems, primarily to add information to the ISIS network and secondly should for whatever reason the ISIS network not function the vehicle will still be able to be aware of the area. The main sensor system is an integrated radar suite to track most air and ground threats in the area, EIR scopes have also been integrated into the system for thermal imaging.

Finally the M1 Cerberus is equipped with UAVs that enhance situational awareness throughout the unit of action.

Just like with personnel a future combat program has set up a new series of different vehicles working together. All subsystems are linked together and to all other units within the Hellenic Forces.

M1201 Reconnaissance and Surveillance Vehicle

The primary purpose of the M1201 is to obtain the intelligence needed for the remaining forces, for this objective it has a dedicated sensor suite to detect, locate, track, classify and automatically identify targets. Intelligence gathered is transferred to other units within the network and the central interface. In addition it has both unattended ground sensors and UAVs to increase the intelligence gathered. To defend itself it has both a MK44 cannon and 7.62mm M240 machine gun. The M1201 sees use as a scout and at the Athenian borders.

M1202 Mounted Combat System

The M1202 is the only tank that came out of the FCP, to make it more easy to deploy the tank is relatively light with limited weapons.
The Mounted Combat System (MCS) was to provide both direct and Beyond-Line-of-Sight (BLOS) offensive firepower capability, and allowed for in-depth destruction of point targets up to 8 km (5 mi) away. This required the use of an integrated sensor network to detect enemy forces.

The MCS has a crew of two and is armed with a 120 mm main gun, a .50 caliber machine gun, and a 40 mm automatic grenade launcher.

The MCS is intended to deliver precision fire at a rapid rate, in order to destroy multiple targets at standoff ranges quickly, and will complement the other systems in the unit of action. It will be capable of providing direct support to the dismounted infantry in an assault, defeating bunkers, and breaching walls during tactical assaults. It is also highly mobile, in order to maneuver out of contact and into positions of advantage; given the vehicle's light weight, this is especially important.

The common MGV chassis provides full protection from 30 mm and 45 mm cannon fire in a 60 degree arc opening towards the front of the vehicle. 360 degree protection from small arms fire up to 14.5 mm heavy machine gun and 155 mm artillery shell air-bursts. Protection from higher caliber rounds as well as anti-tank guided missiles is provided by an active protection system manufactured known as "Quick Kill".

M1203 Non-Line-of-Sight Cannon

The M1203 Non-Line-of-Sight Cannon (NLOS Cannon) is a mobile 155 mm cannon intended to provide improved responsiveness and lethality to the "unit of action" (UA) commander. This self-propelled armored artillery piece provides networked, extended-range targeting, and precision attack of point and area targets in support of other combat units with a suite of munitions that include special purpose capabilities. The Non-Line-of-Sight Cannon provides sustained fire for close support and destructive fire for tactical standoff engagement.

M1204 Non-Line-of-Sight Mortar

The M1204 Non-Line-of-Sight Mortar (NLOS-M) is a turreted, self-propelled mortar vehicle with a four person crew. It is capable of firing at targets outside of the crew's line of sight.
The NLOS-M has a breech-loaded M1064 that fires 120 mm mortar munitions including the Precision Guided Mortar Munition (PGMM). It has a fully automated firing control system and a manually-assisted, semi-automated ammunition loading system. It uses a crew of 3.
The NLOS-M provides fires on-demand to engage complex and simultaneous target sets. As part of an NLOS-M battery, individual NLOS-M vehicles will provide precision-guided rounds to destroy high-value targets, protective fires to suppress and obscure the enemy, and illumination fires. All of these will be in close support of infantry maneuver units.
The ISIS network enables the NLOS-M fire control system to conduct semi- to autonomous computation of technical fire direction, automatic gun lay, preparation of the ammunition for firing, and mortar round firing.

M1205 Field Recovery and Maintenance Vehicle

The M1205 Field Recovery and Maintenance Vehicle (FRMV) is the recovery and maintenance system for employment within both the unit of action (UA) and unit of employment (UE) and contributes to sustaining and generating combat power to the Future Force structure. Each UA has a small number of 2-3 man combat repair teams within the organic Forward Support Battalion (FSB) to perform field maintenance requirements beyond the capabilities of the crew chief/crew, more in-depth battle damage assessment repair (BDAR), and limited recovery operations. The recovery vehicle is designed to hold a crew of three with additional space for three additional recovered crew. The FRMV has a close combat support weapon (CCSW) and a 40 mm Mk 19 grenade launcher.

M1206 Infantry Carrier Vehicle

The M1206 Infantry Carrier Vehicle (ICV) is a vehicle for transporting and supporting ground troops. The ICV features a crew of 2 and space for 9 passengers. It is armed with a 30 mm MK44 cannon and a 7.62 mm machine gun.

M1207/8 Medical Vehicle

The M1207/8 Medical Vehicle is designed to provide advanced trauma life support within 1 hour to critically injured soldiers. The Medical Vehicle serves as the primary medical system within the unit of action (UA) and has two mission modules: Evacuation and Treatment. The time-sensitive nature of treating critically injured soldiers requires an immediately responsive force health protection system with an expedient field evacuation system. The M1207 FCS Medical Vehicle-Evacuation (MV-E) vehicle allows trauma specialists, maneuvering with combat forces, to be closer to the casualty’s point-of-injury and is used for casualty evacuation. The M1208 Medical Vehicle-Treatment (MV-T) vehicle enhances the ability to provide Advanced Trauma Management (ATM)/Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) treatments and procedures forward for more rapid casualty interventions and clearance of the battlespace.

M1209 Command and Control Vehicle

The M1209 Command and Control Vehicle (C2V) provides for information management of the integrated network of communications and sensor capability within the unit of action and provides the tools for commanders to synchronize their knowledge of combat power with the human dimension of leadership. It is located within the headquarters sections at each echelon of the unit of action down to the company level, and with the integrated command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) suite of equipment, it provides commanders command and control on the move.

The C2Vs contain all the interfaces required to enable the commander to leverage the power of the ISIS network and provides the means for leaders at all levels to achieve information superiority and situational understanding and to establish, maintain and distribute a common operating picture fused from the friendly, enemy, civilian, weather and terrain situations while on the move. The crew uses its integrated C4ISR suite (communication, computers and sensor systems) to receive, analyze and transmit tactical information via voice, video and data inside and outside the unit of action. The C2V can also employ unmanned systems, such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to enhance situational awareness throughout the unit of action.

The Phoenix is the most advanced fighter design used by the Hellenic Air Force, it was specifically designed to compensate for the rapidly developing systems intended to defeat more traditional stealth aircraft such as the F-22. 
 
Structure:
With its advanced stealth design, through shape and use of radar absorbent materials, its signature is significantly reduced compared to equivalent aircraft around the world, additionally its careful use of composite material allows it excellent stealth at incredible speeds. Further using twin 3D nozzle thrust vectoring its low drag and low profile allows the Phoenix incredible manoeuvrability and an incredible climb.
 
Thermal identification of the aircraft is further reduced by the engines being embedded further into the aircraft than more contemporary aircraft, allowing for more protection against infrared signature detection. This advantage is also built on with the implementations made around the tail and thrust-vectoring system, which has heat-absorbent materials worked into the construction which further reduces the aircraft's thermal and infrared signature.
 
Control Systems & Sensors:
In part due to its design but also to ensure better control over the aircraft the Phoenix employs the most recent developments to guarantee highly advanced fly-by-wire systems. 
 
The Phoenix is equipped with a series of highly advanced sensor systems including AESA, SAR, infrared, ultraviolet, etc. means of detection as has become common for the most recent developments in fifth generation fighters.
 
In systems much like the ones used by the contemporary F-35 the pilot is given a 360 degree view of the area while its computer systems filter the information received based on threat. Using advanced networking systems via the ISIS network the Phoenix can share collected data with other military units and bases.
 
The Phoenix uses this combination of advanced radar power and more traditional defences to eliminate the threat of incoming missiles should they establish a lock. It also is equipped with an advanced DRFM and general EW suite to combat enemy radar and missiles.
 
Sentinel:
A feature common to the most recent generation of aircraft of the Athenian Federation is the so called Sentinel system. Sentinel is the general control system used for unmanned aircraft and conventionally manned aircraft in an unmanned set-up. The Phoenix is equipped with a Sentinel interface allowing the pilot to control a series of unmanned aircraft.
 
Weapons: 
All weapons on the Phoenix are internalized to further aid stealth, however at the price of compromising stealth weapons can be added externally. In all standard operations such modifications are not needed. The Phoenix carries two main internal missile bays, each of these bays can carry various missiles including air to air and air to ground ones. These internal hardpoints were designed with a universal use in mind and can at the very least carry the missiles used by the Hellenic Air Force. There are also two secondary bays that can each carry a single short-range air-to-air missile, again using an universal system.
 
The Phoenix also carries a 30mm autocannon.

The Mitralexis, named after the World War 2 Greek flying ace, is the little brother to the F-1. While not compromising on stealth the smaller size, more modular design and use of a more orthodox design enables a fighter with a more multi-role intent and cheaper cost of production. The Mitralexis is the only current generation fighter available for free sale to allied states under Athenian law.
 
Structure:
While relying on the more general shape and structure of a stealth fighter the use of radar absorbent materials, composite material and general goal-oriented design still provides a significantly reduced signature compared to equivalent aircraft around the world, certainly at higher speeds. However its stealth is inferior to the F-1 design. Much like the Phoenix the Mitralexis uses twin 3D nozzle thrust vectoring to enable much better manoeuvrability and climb.
 
Thermal identification of the aircraft is further reduced by the engines being embedded further into the aircraft than more contemporary aircraft, allowing for more protection against infrared signature detection. This advantage is also built on with the implementations made around the tail and thrust-vectoring system, which has heat-absorbent materials worked into the construction which further reduces the aircraft's thermal and infrared signature.
 
To prevent the traditional jack of all trades, master of none problem with multi-role aircraft the Mitralexis uses a highly modular design allowing mission-oriented modules such as ground attack, more extensive electronic warfare suites, etc. to be installed with ease while not compromising stealth.
 
Control Systems & Sensors:
The Mitralexis has been equipped with advanced fly-by-wire systems and in general the most up to date avionics. 
 
The Mitralexis is equipped with a series of highly advanced sensor systems including AESA, SAR, infrared, ultraviolet, etc. means of detection as has become common for the most recent developments in fifth generation fighters. The Mitralexis can be equipped with a module to enhance these capabilities if the requirement should arise.
 
In systems much like the ones used by the contemporary F-35 the pilot is given a 360 degree view of the area while its computer systems filter the information received based on threat. Using advanced networking systems via the ISIS network the Mitralexis can share collected data with other military units and bases. For obvious reasons access to the ISIS network is not available in the export version however general network capabilities is guaranteed. 
 
The Mitralexis uses this combination of advanced radar power and more traditional defences to eliminate the threat of incoming missiles should they establish a lock. It also is equipped with an advanced DRFM and general EW suite to combat enemy radar and missiles. As mentioned before a module can be installed to further increase EW and cyber attack capabilities.
 
Sentinel:
A feature common to the most recent generation of aircraft of the Athenian Federation is the so called Sentinel system. Sentinel is the general control system used for unmanned aircraft and conventionally manned aircraft in an unmanned set-up. The Mitralexis is equipped with a Sentinel interface allowing the pilot to control a series of unmanned aircraft.
 
Weapons:
All weapons on the Mitralexis are internalized to further aid stealth, however at the price of compromising stealth(though not as significantly as with the F-1) weapons can be added externally. In all standard operations such modifications are not needed. The Mitralexis carries one main internal missile bay, this bay can carry various missiles including air to air and air to ground ones. The internal hardpoints were designed with a universal use in mind and can at the very least carry the missiles used by the Hellenic Air Force(with the exception of the M100 Perseus unless the external hardpoints are uses). There are also two secondary bays that can each carry a single short-range air-to-air missile, again using an universal system. A specific ground attack module can be installed to allow a more CAS-oriented role.
 
The Mitralexis also carries a 25mm autocannon.
 
F-2E:
The F-2E, the E standing for expeditionary as its primary use is with expeditionary forces such as the Thracians, is a modified version of the regular Mitralexis capable of STOVL. The F-2E shares nearly all the other features of the normal F-2 however is specifically intended for close air support and similar roles and thus is significantly less flexible.

The Poseidon is both a balance between the Phoenix and the Mitralexis and an entirely fighter in itself. Incorporating the most cutting edge developments in all fields it is a fighter intended to act in an air superiority role yet capable of other operations and specifically built to beat the challenges naval stealth fighters face. 
 
Structure:
With its advanced stealth design, through shape and use of radar absorbent materials, its signature is significantly reduced compared to equivalent aircraft around the world, additionally its careful use of composite material allows it excellent stealth at incredible speeds. Further using twin 3D nozzle thrust vectoring its low drag and low profile allows the Poseidon incredible manoeuvrability and an incredible climb.

The Heracles is the primary tactical bomber used by the Hellenic Air Force, the aircraft is entirely built around being able to deliver precision damage in highly contested airspace to any target.
 
Structure:
When Eurofighter received the order for the next generation tactical bomber designers were faced with a difficult challenge as the entire concept of a tactical bomber aimed at delivering significant amounts of munitions to targets while remaining stealthy seemed almost physically impossible, Despite this designers managed to create a design that is naturally stealthy while including radar absorbent materials as with all other fighters. As detection at higher speeds is less of an issue for the Heracles designers were able to optimize stealth at speeds of around Mach 1.5. While the Heracles uses twin 3D nozzle thrust vectoring it does not benefit as much from it as with other fighters.

The systems are intended with a universal design in mind.

Faced with bombers capable of bypassing advanced detection systems and incredible speed an order was issued for a fighter that could intervene with as much as minute's, if that, notice to any threat. Furthermore it had to be capable of acting both on shore and on the sea due to the need to defend naval task forces. To finish it all off more than just enemy bombers it would also need to be able to intercept and destroy enemy missiles in all shapes. 
 
Structure:
The Artemis was built around speed and lift first, stealth second. The resulting design provides an excellent platform for such intentions, while its radar absorbent materials and other measures as used on Athenian fighters make it less observable it will most likely show up on the more advanced detection systems. The Artemis uses 3D Nozzle Thrust Vectoring to further provide excellent lift and impressive manoeuvrability.
 
Thermal identification of the aircraft is reduced by the engines being embedded further into the aircraft than more contemporary aircraft, allowing for more protection against infrared signature detection. Like all other fighters the Artemis is equipped with a Sentinel client interface however unlike other fighters it can also be controlled by Sentinel via either ground stations or other fighters equipped with Sentinel. This system was integrated to guarantee the quick response requirements under all circumstances. Like with other unmanned aircraft in use by the Athenian Federation security measures are integrated to prevent any and all attempts to interfere with the communication between controller and aircraft.

All weapons on the Artemis are internalized to further aid stealth, however at the price of compromising stealth weapons can be added externally, these external hardpoints would realistically only be used if such a high amount of enemy targets are expected that the amount of missiles internally stored can't compensate on their own. The Artemis has a single weapons bay intended to carry a collection of missiles. The systems are intended with a universal design in mind.
 
The Artemis also carries two 25mm autocannons.

Faced with experiences from recent wars the designers of Hellenic World Services were faced with the challenge of developing a bomber capable of projecting deep inside enemy territory while being able to remain as invisible as possible yet still capable of carrying large amounts of weapons. As a compromise between the various requirements the Marathon saw life. A bomber capable of extremely high speeds with a large amount of munitions and at the same time tough to detect.
 
Structure:
Despite the inherent differences between the two types of aircraft the Marathon includes several of the basic principles used when designing the fighter force of the Athenian Federation. Relying on an inherently stealthy design while including materials intended to minimize all forms of detection. While most of these efforts are minimized when the Marathon is flying at higher speeds their effectiveness returns at lower ones. 
 
To minimize thermal identification the engines of the aircraft are embedded further into the bomber than with other contemporary aircraft, this allows for greater protection against infrared signature detection. Further efforts are made through the inclusion of heat-absorbent materials worked into the construction.
 
Control Systems & Sensors:
The Marathon includes highly advanced fly-by-wire systems with the most up to date avionics, furthermore it has been equipped with the latest technology in Athenian computing development to give it a high level of processing power.
 
The Marathon is equipped with a series of highly advanced sensor systems including AESA, SAR, infrared, ultraviolet, etc. means of detecting threats. Due to the increased space available for sensors and the increased processing power the Marathon can detect threats at a much larger range and with more precision than other aircraft. 
 
While used in a different role than with fighters the Marathon has full access to the greater ISIS network, it uses this access to both transmit data back home and to receive up to date information about targets.
 
Using the combination of its advanced radar power and traditional defences the Marathon can track and eliminate incoming threats. It is also equipped with an advanced DRFM and general EW suite to defeat enemy radar and other threats.
 
Sentinel:

The Sentinel in use on the B-1 has the capability to control more aircraft than any other aircraft and the addition of a crew member dedicated to Sentinel allows much more specific mission profiles.

All weapons on the Marathon are internalized to aid stealth, however at the price of compromising this stealth weapons can be added externally. That being said such additional weapons are unlikely to be needed due to the already significant internal capabilities. The Marathon has four internal weapons bays capable of holding a series of munitions used by the Hellenic Forces.

While the Marathon would be a great asset against most air forces and would definitely see most use within the Hellenic Air Force the need for a bomber capable of penetrating deep into the airspace of potential enemies with equal or even greater technological capabilities remained. To allow for this specific objective the designers of the Hellenic Aerospace Industry and Dassault Aviation were instructed to develop an extremely stealthy bomber that would sacrifice speed to obtain both greater range and be immune to nearly all means of detection. The result of this was the Thermopylae.
 
Structure:
Having the specific objective of making an extremely stealthy bomber all elements of the design process were centred around this, with a design that is inherently stealthy and the inclusion of radar-asborbent and other materials in addition to only having to optimize stealth for relatively low speeds a level of stealth was established unseen in other aircraft. To a level it is immune to detection by even the most advanced radar systems unless it flies so close it is simply too late to engage.

With the next generation of aircraft a greater focus was placed on unmanned assets in addition to stealth assets, faced with this development Airbus Defence and Space came with the U-1 Ares, a UCAV capable of defeating enemy radar and assisting the other assets of the Hellenic Forces.
 
Structure:
Incorporating the basic principles of stealth design and materials in addition to its much smaller size and subsonic speeds the Ares is very difficult for even the most advanced radar systems to detect. In addition to the lower speeds thermal identification is made more difficult by embedding the engine deep into the UCAV and having a turbofan design optimized for minimal heat output and fuel consumption.
 
Control Systems/Sentinel & Sensors:
As an unmanned aircraft the Ares primarily relies on control via the Sentinel system from either ground-, air- or ship-based control interfaces. However the Ares has been equipped with the kind of processing power to be able to independently and autonomously engage in a series of preprogrammed operations. 
 
As a security precaution any error detected in the datalink will immediately activate an automated program to return to the base. Once this program is initiated no further input via Sentinel is accepted as to avoid the unlikely scenario of hacking.
 
The Ares has also been equipped with a basic sensor suite(including AESA, SAR, IR, etc.) and conventional defences against enemy missiles.
 
Weapons:
Weapons on the Ares are internalized to further aid stealth. The Ares has two internal bays each capable of holding a wide array of weapons systems.

While the Hellenic Air Force and Navy were covered when it came to an offensive and defensive capability where these forces were still lacking was in information gathering. Wars over the last few decades had shown that a satellite capability was far from guaranteed in war and as such there was a need for an unmanned aircraft capable of operating for significant times and at significant ranges to provide the Hellenic Forces with all the information they needed in times of war. The natural result of this need was the U-2 Hermes, an unmanned aircraft that is hard to detect and capable of continuously providing information to the Hellenic Forces.
 
Structure:
Incorporating the basic principles of stealth design and materials in addition to its much smaller size and lower supersonic speeds the U-2 is a tough challenge for advanced radar systems, furthermore its high ceiling will be difficult for even the longest range SAMs to take it down. In addition to the lower speeds thermal identification is made more difficult by embedding the engine deep into the UAV and having a turbofan design optimized for minimal heat output and fuel consumption.
 
Control Systems/Sentinel & Sensors:
As an unmanned aircraft the Hermes primarily relies on control via the Sentinel system from either ground-, air- or ship-based control interfaces. However the Ares has been equipped with the kind of processing power to be able to independently and autonomously engage in a series of preprogrammed operations. 
 
As a security precaution any error detected in the datalink will immediately activate an automated program to return to the base. Once this program is initiated no further input via Sentinel is accepted as to avoid the unlikely scenario of hacking.
 
The Hermes has been equipped with a very advanced sensor suite including all elements incorporated in contemporary aircraft. Additionally several high resolution cameras have been integrated to return highly detailed information back home.
 
The Hermes can use radar power and conventional defences against enemy missiles, furthermore it has been equipped with DRFM equal to that on the Phoenix.
 
As Sentinel is exclusive to the Hellenic Forces export versions will have a different control system.

Through its high speed and impressive range the Meteor is by far the best air-to-air missile in the world. Relying on a wide array of systems it can lock on to and engage even the most stealthy targets and once locked on the HDRM warhead will be sure to wreck absolute destruction.

The Perseus is the primary cruise missile used by the Hellenic Forces, through the various profiles it can fly at and the high speeds and guidance systems it is a tough opponent for hostile states. The use of additional effectors allow a per-mission decision to go for a single concentrated blast or to spread out the damage. The missile can be equipped with everything from a conventional to a nuclear warhead.
