CubaQuerida
Every alliance in the top 20 will submit two nations as tribute.* Those two nations will change their AA to "Tribute" and set themselves into Peace Mode. Once the AA is fully populated for 5 days, all nations will exit peace mode at some point during the day. Upon the strike of midnight, server time, assuming all nations have exited peace mode the games will commence. No nukes, navy or airstrikes are permitted. Only CM, Spy ops and Ground Attacks will be allowed. (Cruise Missiles destroy tanks) If a nation is anarchied they must peace out immediately and will be kicked from the AA by the Game Masters (who will own the AA). If a nation enters Peace Mode or uses prohibited attacks, it is disqualified. Rebuying of infra is allowed and foreign soldier aid is also allowed (sponsors).** The games will continue until there is only one nation standing (two if the nations belong to the same home alliance). If more than 2 nations remain and the nations are incapable of attacking each other due to NS restrictions, the games will continue until no more wars can be declared (either by dropping NS or gaining NS). This will be a very important strategic aspect in terms of which nations are submitted. This is the only scenario in which multiple winners may occur. The winning nation(s) will be honored by receiving foreign aid prizes and monthly donations (total amount depends on support), as well as other prizes that can be suggested (flags/forum pip, etc). *Alliances unwilling/unable to participate will give up their spot to the next alliance down. ** Any nation outside of the Tribute AA caught using spy ops on Tributes will face destruction. Notes: Any alliances, friendships, random happenstance is all part of the strategy. You can gang up on whoever you want, but you can also be ganged upon! Though it might seem possible to bring a 0 NS nation into the games with the intent of remaining out of range, there are always unexpected events that can happen, it will be up to the discretion of the GM's on how to 'provoke action' if need be. Phil Coulson
Someone reads girl power sci-fi!Great idea, but I think a lot of alliances are a bit busy now. Also, it should be the top 12 alliances, 13 if you want to include District 13 which actually does exist and 14 if you want to include the Capital./not that I read the whole series or anything... Max Power
Really cool idea, probably better for during peacetime but that is what it is. Could have been called Battle Royale to spare the Hunger Games theme though. :P

killjoy123
THIS IS NOT A QUARTER QUELL YEAR! Changing the rules n shitBut this seems cool. Although if this really does happen, it should be a tier thing. Upper, middle, low, lol.Have a couple AAs. Arena 1-4 would be the AA name and the owner is whoever the game make wants. Blah blah blah. Just my 2 centsAnd like open up the tribute standing cuz I would def like to do this..
Mr Director
An interesting idea, but probably impractical, due to global wars and such. OOC: This might work in TE though.

CubaQuerida
No this is not intended to happen while alliances are at war. Nations need to be fully stocked and prepped for this, and not at a time when their presence will be missed from their home alliances. I posted this idea now to get input, see how much support there is, and to allow for all details to be ironed out before it goes live. Crownguard
Isn't this war gaming? I echo this question. A cool concept, just make sure its good with the mods about the whole war-gaming ban and such. They might require a thread with people to be exempt from that rule, etc.
JoshuaR
That's why the check mark exists for the XP stuff. That said, I maintain that it is silly to bother about it, especially when this game's purpose has a legitimate RP base and is not purposefully XP farming.
