Currently, nations can be 'donated to' to receive bonuses in land, tech, infra, and money.

As for recruitment bonuses, nations choose one of many bonuses.

I suggest introducing both of these systems to the Alliance screen.

This will give encourage recruitment and more donation support as AAs will organise en masse to take advantage.

It will also encourage recruitment drives by AAs with mostly low NS nations that would most benefit from this

1. Recruitment link on Alliance screen would give a bonus to every nation in the AA.

2. Recruitment reward will be awarded to an AA when nations recruited by AA recruitment URL reach 10K NS.

3. Each AA can recruit 100 nations per month by use of its recruitment URL.

4. Only AAs with 10 or more members can take part.

As for AA donation:

1. Only $5 can be donated to an AA.

2. All nations in the AA receive the donation bonus.

3. Every nation can donate once a month to an AA.

4. Only AAs with 10 or more members are eligible.

5. An AA can receive 100 donations per month.

What do they receive for donating?

Also their seems to be a flaw in this plan...getting a bonus for recruiting a person already in the game. Getting bonuses for recruitment members into an AA is absurd. R&R, IRON, ODN, LoSS, NpO, and NPO would just get unbelievably strong.

He means recruitment as in into the game.  However, what this would likely lead to is all alliances telling new nations to just reroll and giving them a recruitment link so the alliance could get the donation.

That's not necessarily a terrible thing. An exploit maybe, but a rather benign one.

Of course, Admin would not award recruitment bonus to a network IP more than once. The mechanism that is used to detect multiple users in a network will detect a reroll.

This suggestion, if implemented, will significantly increase CN population. And also end the arguments about not being able to catch up with the older nations.

For example, if an AA receives $5x100 donations (the maximum per month) that would translate to 10K infra, 50 million cash, and 2K tech for every nation in the AA.

For 100 monthly recruitments that reach 10K NS, every nation in an AA would get 100K land, 1 billion cash, 20K infra, and 10K tech.

Recruitment has a larger award than the $5 donation. I suggested AA donation to be capped at $5 because if larger amounts of donations were allowed at AA levels, bogus tech farm AAs would spring up where instead of doing $25 donation tech deal with 6 nations, nations would feel the need to do one donation to a tech farm AA, thereby reducing donations to the game.

The $5 donation has enough benefits to an AA, but not enough to interfere with donation tech deals.
